the steak was aweful. No seasoning on it and it tasted like it was put in oven . wasn't worth 65.00 for my husband and I to eat .

Over an hour wait for our food, which was brought to the table cold, mine was cooked wrong, missing my side dish, and the punk that brought my plate kind of dropped it on the table in front of me … First time I’ve ever paid $70 and left a restaurant hungrier than I walked in.
They can’t cook a steak
They can’t cook rice
They can’t even cook a burger…
Third time I’ve been there and left pissed…

Look. The front of house staff is good. I was a food manager for multiple restaurants and I love the Logan’s chain… I have never given a review. The last 3-4 times being here has been just disappointing. I hope many read this.

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. I have also been a server before so I completely understand how things can be.
We got to the restaurant at 8 and was sat in a timely manner. We ordered our drinks. One was a strawberry lemonade and instead of coming to us and letting us know they were out. We waited 30 min on beverages and then she got a sprite like water with strawberries at the bottom. I myself had to go to the hostess to even get that straight and order another drink for her. The waitress was not even concerned with coming to the table AT ALL. Not only was the wait for even drinks over 30 min we had to ask for our salads after being there an hour and another lady brought them to us. Some were not even right and that was awful after even having to ask for them. During all this our waitress didn’t even come check on us. Then, to top it off they got one of our orders confused with another table so brought us there’s. Then came out and brought the correct. Then what I had ordered was literally ice cold. I’m not one to leave reviews nor complain about food but I was literally in shock that after how badly we was treated that not one manger or anyone came to make things right. We were there 10 min short of 2 hours with this mess. She brings us our check and we were with another family( the only time basically our waitress even came to the table was to bring the check) and didn’t ask if we needed it split.. we WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE. It was a complete joke.

We LOVE this place! We come every time we’re in town in Athens, AL. But even more than the great food, we come to see our favorite waitress, Laura B. - she is one of the most amazing waitresses we have ever had… always helpful, so personable, and makes our night every time we see her! She’s a total GEM!!!!! We’ll done, Logan’s! We are lifelong fans now…

i was excited about this place. we got 12 tenders and were all burned and our kettle corn chips and “waffle fries” were soggy and gooey. very bad and disappointing food.

I thought the tenders themselves had a very good flavor. I ordered 4 sauces and got 3. The sauces were not good what I got. The only sauce I know I got for sure was the bbq sauce. Not sure what the other 2 sauces were.

Did not order from them this time . I tried to order there 20 price hot Nashville tender , door dash won't add to cart because you are unable to fill requirements on side orders. So it won't let you add it. When to there web site to order directly to find out they are charging 30$ delivery fee. F that. They offer a 10 price for 20.00$ there 20 price is 27.00$ so of course I want the 20 price. So sorry guys I like your tenders, but I don't need the hassle, good luck, I'm will not be buying anymore.
