Tables available were 2 dirty. Woman at the counter said sit anywhere. I said I would like a table for myself and 2 little grandsons. She said we don't have anyone to bus tables. I said I'd wait. I've been to this store a few times while visiting from Texas. No one has ever been unfriendly until now. I'm still a fan of this company.

Such a great management team realized that we had been waiting a bit longer than expected and handled it with such kindness. Apologizing where it wasn't needed and giving a good discount to make up for the lost time. The team at this location really pulls together even when they are slammed, very impressive. Our breakfast was delicious and my family left full and in great spirits!

We we're really hungry so we stopped by waffle House just about to eat when we got there we ordered two T-Bones and two waffles with eggs on one of them and hash browns on the other one plus we ordered an extra waffle we got it to go and when we got home by the time we got here our food was cold as ice and we didn't have our order we had someone else's order so we tried to eat what we could but it was nasty I thank you for going to give somebody to order you you need to know what order you're giving them instead of just sending them out the door or something to get rid of them and I got a chance to hit somebody's garden parking lot and I did nothing and so that alone there makes me not even want to come back the people are going to be like that I want my meal free I want my mail fixed and I want it free and I want it hot so I can bring it home and feed my mother who is on hospice y'all really let me down

The waitresses will not clean off the tables in a timely manner and customers leaving because of this. We waited 5-10mins for a table to get cleaned off and had to ask a waitress for it to get done. A customer grabbed a broom and started cleaning the floor and clearing off the table after it had been about 15mins.
Waitresses getting into a screaming match with each other( Ashley, Shana and the other didn’t have a name tag on) and using profanity. Our orders messed badly.
Shana not washing her hands after handling the trash can and trash and proceeded to handle peoples food.

Wheelchair accessibility: They were up close & near the door, which is always a wonderful thing. Maybe add a couple more handicap spots.

Stopped in on our way back to Ohio about 430pm. This was the cleanest Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. Food was spot on and fast. Service was good.

I am now a Local, so I come into this establishment 2 to4 times a week.. Mainly between 7 am to noon. Mrs. Ashley and Ms. Megan are my normal go to servers as they are prompt, polite and very courteous. They make sure my order is correct 100% of the time. The food is above the standard of the Waffle house Norms.

I just don't like waffle house. It was my daughter's birthday and that's where she wanted to go for breakfast. The Waffle's are terrible. But that's just my opinion
