Went through drive through and ordered 4 jbc biggie bags 2 large size and 2 regular size. Got home to realize that they forgot 2 orders of the chicken nuggets and 2 sandwiches. Tried calling got no answer, they were not busy and had enough people working to not forget items that were ordered!

Went through the drive through tonight and the girl working the window kept saying “what else” without giving me time to order. Then get to the window and get to the food and notice there are no straws in the bag. Ask for straws and the girl said “they were out.” My husband goes inside and what do you know… they had straws!!! Then get on the road and start eating my fries half of them are cold… and by cold I mean they’re still frozen NOT EVEN COOKED!! Tried to call several times to complain but get no answer. Never again will we go to this disgusting place! It has really went downhill!
