Unexceptionable I waited 20min just to get a bunch of cold food š š
App says breakfast from 11pm to 11am no signs telling anyone any different. But don't waste your time even if you order it through their app they apparently now only start serving breakfast at 6am. And you will very rudely get told to just wait until then.

I get more disappointed Everytime I go to this Whataburger. The other locations in Decatur and Madison aren't good either. Believe it of not the one in Huntsville is the better of them all. Maybe my expectations are a bit higher because I'm from Texas and I worked at a headquarters location Whataburger where a bunch of managers would stop by every now and then. So the service had to be perfect. Ever since Whataburger expanded to these locations, the service went to hell. They aren't being trained right! Especially this location. There is never any napkins/salt things like that in the station, Tables are filthy, fries barely salted and mostly cold. Burgers don't taste fresh either. And the worst part is the fact that you spend an arm and a leg for it. I think I'm done at this point. Whataburger is dead now. Disappointing

I went here for a job interview, got told to wait or come back tomorrow, there was nobody ordering at the time and while I waited there were maybe 7 people. After an hour of waiting and hearing absolutely nothing, I tried to inquire again, heard nothing. They wouldn't give me anything I didn't have to pay for while I waited, so I ordered a shake. It took 20 minutes. Left with no interview. These people suck, please for the love of God don't give them your money

My burger was horrible! Sloppily made. I went to wataburger in Texas and I love it. When I see it in the Midwest area I was excited! I was driving on my way back to Indianapolis and said OMG A WATABURGER! Oh the disappointment when I bit into my burger . Condiments fell all over my clothes! Ketchup and mustard was dripping everywhere. No effort was put into messing my food!

For the price, as mid as you can get. First time eating at this place. Burger and fries. Just not worth the money for me. Took forever to get my food too.

I was not provided the complete meal I ordered. The fries were wet and cold and were ordered hot and crispy yet they replaced them only after requesting the replacement for the cold nasty wet fries then waiting over 15 mins after pulling forward and asked 3 times including 1 time after pulling forward for the DrPepper I ordered with the meal. My wife wasnāt feeling well and we had pulled away onto the main road already when we realized still didnāt get the drink. I tried calling back no one answers the phone, called multiple times with ZERO results. I added the receipt to my app purchases. I then got online and filed a complaint with the Whataburger store corporate office customer service line. Replied back shortly by email said we will reach out to you on this issue. They have email and phone number yet a ZERO response after 5 days!!!!! Go anywhere else but here to eat itās the worst Whataburger franchise in the SE REGION OF THE USA.

It took a little longer than desired to get my food but there is a special person that works there and his name is Jesse. I didnāt mind waiting for my food. He was very professional and came around to make sure all the costumers were taken care of.

My impression was that of a new location/store/staff.
Good reputation for food and service.
However, service was okay. Food was just okay. Said and done, it was rather unremarkable for the $30+ spent on two meals.
I may return if it's convenient but may also look down the street for options.

Will not be returning to this establishment. Was great when it first opened and has only gone downhill since. Went through the drive through tonight to get dinner for my husband and I. Employee took my cash and handed me the drinks. My drink was not carbonated. Neither was my husband's. Told the employee and the response I got was "oh yeah we put a ticket in with coke but there's nothing we can do." Why are you serving customers flat drinks??? Where is the common sense and common courtesy?? To top things off our refund was given for everything EXCEPT the flat drinks that were given to us. Undrinkable and disgusting that will be going in the trash. Not the first time they've messed something up but will be the last time I give them the benefit of the doubt. Save your money and order to go anywhere but here.

After waiting for five minutes at the sign with no response, I pulled forward to the window to see staff talking inside. After being ignored for another five minutes I decided to go to Chik-Fil-A next door and enjoyed the best customer service and delicious fried chicken. I worried that I had arrived at What a letdown while they were closed or closing but according to the signs on the windows they were open 24hrs, any communication would have been helpful.

Worst burger Iāve had in a long time. Dry beef, stale tasting bun, with minimal toppings.
