Cole at the front counter is outstanding! He greeted me with a genuine smile and made the ordering process smooth and easy. Even with a long line, he stayed calm, professional, and made every customer feel valued. He double-checked my order, answered my questions without rushing me, and carried himself with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to see someone bring that much energy and kindness to their role, but Cole really does. He’s a great example of what excellent customer service should look like—Whataburger is lucky to have him!

I had such a great experience at Whataburger thanks to Cole at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, polite, and very attentive. He took my order quickly but still made sure everything was correct and just the way I wanted it. He had a positive attitude the entire time, even though it was busy, and it really made the experience stand out. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Cole make me want to keep coming back—thank you for the excellent service!

I used the drive thru, it was as expected, good customer service.
The price is my only reason for 4 stars. I only got 3 meals & a plain chicken sandwich & it cost $65.14. It's ridiculous the price for fast food now days. Sad thing is, you're still hungry after spending that much money. Luckily the food was all right & the service was ok. That's few & far between now days too. I did get a big reusable Whataburger bag with my order that was $50 or more. Makes it easier to carry. Wonder if that's what made it cost so much. Nope, the bag was free lol. My only complaint is the prices are ridiculous.

This morning me and a friend stopped by on our way home from work. We was in the drive thru line and 1 other car was in front of us and nobody behind us. We waited 30 minutes just to get to the window and then our order was wrong to top it off. Will not be back. This has happened multiple times since this location opened.
