My husband and I come here all the time usually for a quick coffee date and it's great in the afternoon but the morning shift!!!! Idk why but it's like they just don't care are just there, last few times I've gone it's been my order was wrong or my food was burnt and then when I go in to address the issues I'm met with a ride attitude. I'm not sure why the teams are so different but the heavy set lady and old women who worked this morning shift need with customer service training and better listening skills. I advised my husband that if he's buying coffee in the morning just go somewhere else and we will pay more for less quality and we will leave this as our afternoon date coffee spot.

We stop quite often this place on the way from Tennessee. Guys working here are always friendly and happy to help. All areas are clean, including bathrooms.

I wanted a coffee with a shot of expresso and whip cream on top.The person working wanted me to wait for her to fix the expresso, then go to the middle of the coffee store where they have a coffee pot so that I could pour my own coffee, then bring it back to her so she could add the whip cream.Why not just fix the entire coffee behind the counter?I don’t like ordering coffee at an actual coffee shop, and then they hand you a cup for you to get coffee out of a warmer from the middle of the coffee shop.?

Unprofessional at the coffee window made the coffee 3 times and still didn't get it right. Keep in mind they charge for coffee. Almost the same prices as Starbucks.

I asked very basic coffee shop questions (what sizes of coffee they have, flavor options, number of espresso shots, if the water is filtered, etc). The dyed red hair girl taking my order was very rude and couldn’t answer any of the questions, so the manager eventually had to take over. Overpriced for sub-par coffee, plus they kept trying to charge me more for water. Very strange experience overall for coffee that isn’t even good. We won’t be back.

I am not much of a coffee drinker but could become one. I have twice stopped in the drive thru to get an iced coffee and both times my order was correct and quickly made. The friendliness of the staff both times was a nice change from other local establishments. It was a pleasureable experience and I will absolutely go back again.

I'm not one to complain usually, but the woman at the window was horribly rude. The coffee isn't good enough to be served with such a nasty attitude. Definitely won't be back.
