They have the smallest wings I have ever seen and can anyone explain why ten wings by them selves cost more than a combo? The employee displayed good customer service even though he couldn't explain the cost difference. Overall this restaurant is the biggest joke in Athens!

I order here while I’m at work because I get it delivered. On multiple occasions all of my sauces (that I pay extra for) are left out of my bag. Today my order lacked 2 ranches and a side of hot sauce. How am I supposed to eat all of my food with no ranch.. that’s insane. Then when I call to complain, never any answers. I’m done eating here

These people can never seem to get it right ! My food is never right one time I got the wrong order and today I went I ordered corn and wings my corn wass suposse to have EXTRA Cajun seasoning and I literally got the opposite no seasoning at all wings was like they been sitting out a long time the lady who was in the back making the food has her phone on top of to go trays was fixing food and touching her dirty phone no gloves on then proceeded to wipe hand on pants

2 of my boneless wings were undercooked!!!!! The guy at the register was just wondering around the location waited almost 20 minutes for an order that was already ready!! And half of their fountain drinks are watered down

I came in and ordered 2 separate orders and recieve one and was told someone else took my other, I had to wait almost an hour for it to be remade while my other sat and got cold, my first time ordering here and im highly disappointed and the lady asked another lady if I had received my order yet meanwhile she was standing in the lobby the whole time and knew I didn’t or I would have left. The younger lady that said she gave my order away acted like she didn’t want to remake it when I paid $22 for one meal and she had an attitude.

Lady very nice. Took orders correctly. Cooks can't read.1 order of wings hot. One order parmesan wings. 6 per order. No more. Receive 12 of the mild.carry out. Now i know why everyone has told me it would happen. Not happy. I can get what I pay for inywhere else. Prices are very high. For what i got. Disappointed.
my food was given to another customer and after she returned to the store with my order they tried to give it to me but I told them I didn't want it and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the food she had only had it a little while the manager took the food back to the kitchen and instead of throwing it away she placed it on the counter and I'm pretty sure she was going to try to give it to me so I got a refund and left

Unfortunate to see all the negative reviews. As a long time Wingstop lover, I had to have some in preparation for a UFC event viewing. Went in, ordered 30 wings combo, and had my food within 15 minutes. Drove home (15 minute drive) and all food was very hot and fresh. My wings that I requested to be hot with lemon pepper on top were exactly as I asked. Everything was spot on. Great experience for me.
If it matters, my experience was on a Saturday around 4pm.

Not a pleasant experience at all. I went to get food for my office. I ordered a 50 piece mix and match with 4 flavors and a 6 PC meal with a coke with BBQ sauce on the side. Once I arrived, I picked up my order and noticed that the BBQ sauce was not in there so I asked the front line worker for some sauce. He stated that he couldn't give it away but fill out the survey and he'll give it to me. I fill out the survey which was all about the French fries for some reason and it prompted me to another page. That page had information on it that required the store number. The employee insisted that I was not putting a 4 digit store number in correctly. He informed me that it was 5 digits. We're 5 minutes in, french fries are getting cold and I still have no sauce. I get frustrated, pay for the sauce and leave. I get to my office, and to my surprise, it was all boneless chicken, French fries were soggy and unsalted, and corn was cold. Definitely will not recommend.

I’ve called an order in for pick up a few times. Classic bone in lemon pepper. I never get what I order, then I’m sitting 20 minutes waiting on the correct order. They never give me the classic lemon pepper. They always put boneless breaded ducking nuggets in my bag. I’m not going back to this location ever again in life!
