Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They need to bring back celery to eat with boneless wings and have regular crinkled fries. The fries are too salty and have excessive seasoning on them.

Normally would give a 5 star but this time, I ordered chickens loaded fries online, extra seasoning for fries, didn’t receive. Didn’t even get a fork… How am I supposed to eat this while on lunch for work? They’ve NEVER left anything out.

Zaxbys just hasn’t had the same quality of food that they used too. The last couple times I have come have been a little disappointing. The staff is always very friendly and the drive thru has picked up speed over time.

Ordered an entire meal on the app for the family while headed to a band competition. They seemed to not be prepared to hand me my order. Food was great but i could not eat some things or fully enjoy most because they gave us zero utensils to eat our slaw and zero packets of zax sauce to have with our chicken and fries. Kids were disappointed with that the most.

Carl, a young gentleman working the drive thru is on another level when it comes to customer service! He made both my day as well as my wife’s. Extremely nice and helpful. Just a genuinely friendly person that impacts every person that comes through. Give him a raise!

Ashley & Elliot got our order perfect, had wonderfulll customer service! Super friendly and personable :) I would definitely come back here if this is the service/food we’re receiving! I went 20 mins til close and my food was still super hot and they weren’t rude at all about me being late!!!

Very good customer service. Really liked the fact she repeated the order. Sounded clear over the drive thru. I asked for extra tomatoes and egg. Thanks for applying that. Will go back. Got a frozen lemonade. I would have liked if I could have got the frozen lemonade in a large . That only comes in one size though?. But overall was delicious. Will come back. Thank you.
