Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is always too hot!! Feels barely warm on the outside and good to bite into, but when you do, it’s scolding hot and seriously burns your mouth. Maybe they should let it cool for a few minutes before serving it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there this happens and the inside of my mouth peels for days. Then the food isn’t even that good! They gonna get sued for burning someone’s mouth one day.

The manager here, Amanda, is awesome. There was an issue with my food and she remade it for me with no problem. It goes a long way when you are kind to people. The staff was all so kind to me too. This location really has good people working. I will definitely be back.

They give you the smallest wings they can find and expect people to come here. The wings are extremely dry and hard.

I placed an online order and picked up in store. The employees were notified when i entered the store that i was picking up an order. Im the only customer in the store but you sit it on a shelf as if it would hurt to hand it to me.

They need to bring back celery to eat with boneless wings and have regular crinkled fries. The fries are too salty and have excessive seasoning on them.

Normally would give a 5 star but this time, I ordered chickens loaded fries online, extra seasoning for fries, didn’t receive. Didn’t even get a fork… How am I supposed to eat this while on lunch for work? They’ve NEVER left anything out.

Zaxbys just hasn’t had the same quality of food that they used too. The last couple times I have come have been a little disappointing. The staff is always very friendly and the drive thru has picked up speed over time.

Ordered an entire meal on the app for the family while headed to a band competition. They seemed to not be prepared to hand me my order. Food was great but i could not eat some things or fully enjoy most because they gave us zero utensils to eat our slaw and zero packets of zax sauce to have with our chicken and fries. Kids were disappointed with that the most.
