Typical fast food environment and service! After a brief problem with the register, the staff did a great job getting my order together, the food was well prepared and service was friendly! Good job Arby's!
Drive through person grabbed my card, charged it and handed it back - didnt even give me a total. The only time she spoke was to tell me to pull around and park. Drink was over filled and had soda all over it....all it would take is a nice wipe down or slide into another cup..but instead you're just going to hand it to me dripping. Didn't ask about any sauces, salt,etc. Horrible. Try a please and/or a thank you at any point during the experience...it goes a long way. Hope your day got better at some point.
