Fire Steakhouse exceeded my expectations the ambiance was quiet yet swanky we received the 5 star service from JP and Ann (may have the wrong name) the extra pallet cleansers between each course were a nice touch that elevated our meal and experience. I would definitely bring my family here again We had the : Fire stack Lobster tail Lamb Chops Filet Mignon Broccolini Garlic Mash and Loaded baked potato

I have had their lamb chops before and granted not all lambs are alike; but, first two chops I bit into just fat maybe two bites of meat. I saved other two to take home to be able to dissect some meat. The pear salad- kale was good but pear was hard and had to use steak knife for slice. Soooo, over all over priced and room was chilly. I have always sat in other room and felt isolated except for loud woman behind me.

This restaurant is bussin!! The service is spectacular and the food was so delicious! Very professional!! Our waitress was over the top ! She made us feel valued!!

The restaurant food is amazing but if you get a waitress by name of Helen IMMEDIATELY ask to be switched. She did not want to give me or my sister refills as needed tried to rush us to order our appetizers & entree all at once at the end she tried to rush us to pay. Never had a waitress stand over me & say I will wait for you to get your card out usually the check is dropped off & she would come back & get it. We were there for the Kem concert I've been to Fire many times but the service she provided was nothing like I've experienced in the past.

This is the second time we have been to this nice restaurant. We had the best waitress, Sierra! Thank you for having such wonderful hospitality, she really went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I hope we get her the next time as well, thank you sierra. You are amazing!!!

I literally come here just to see the bartender. Obviously the food is amazing and I’ve never had a bad experience. The bartender will give you dinner and a show and is an amazing guy! Love this place!!!

We weren't real hungry so stopped in for a burger. The waitresses were phenomenal and so nice. They were joking and just so much fun. I was cold so one of them gave me a tablecloth to cover up with. I was so happy! The burgers were great and the bread they give you before the meal was, oh so yummy! The setting was spectacular and cozy!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! We went for our 25th Anniversary and had an amazing time. Lelia was awesome! Dinner was so good. Tim made us the most delicious Bananas Foster for dessert! The staff all signed a Happy Anniversary card for us!!!

The experience at FIRE is unmatched. The staff is always so warm and welcoming and their recommendations are always spot on! This was my husband and I second time dining at FIRE and we are looking forward to coming back!

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was amazing as well. We will be back, had the Ribeye and backed potato and a salad. My husband had the aged ribeye and creamed spinach. He recommends getting the Delmonico Ribeye instead of the aged. The Chef gave us a salmon sample and it was so good. And they gave us a dessert sample sort of like orange sherbet, but called something else, it was so good. Would definately recommend this steak house, it was the best steak I've ever had, and I've been around the world. I was the in Air Force for 22 years and went to many restaurants, this is the top 5

Just wasn't 5 star Prime Rib was tough and more like a steak The ribeye ordered was cooked med rare and was suppose to be med well This was a Birthday Dinner and just didn't turn out well The staff was very apologetic and kind We ate there on other time awhile ago and were disappointed the waitress had a party in the back and when we got our food it was all dried out. So one out of three times we had a great meal The staff is always nice though and we appreciate that We were given another steak to replace the he one we took it home and it was cooked med rare as well

We traveled over 5 hours to celebrate my husband's birthday with good friends, and we all looked forward to dining at Fire. We were excited because we were used to the fine dining experience provided by casinos, and we were impressed by the reviews. The experience was awful. First, we were seated for 10 minutes before we had to ask if we could at least get drink orders taken. It took nearly 20 minutes later for our waitress to make her first appearance and she took our orders. The food was ok, but not worth the prices. We never got our wine, and the waitress came to our table only twice more to set our food on our table and then to ensure we paid our bill. Food was rolled out on cafeteria carts. We had to repeatedly ask for water because we got no other drinks. I understand there was a computer issue, but that doesn't excuse poor service quality or mediocre food at these prices. I would never recommend dining here.
