The experience is very enjoyable, the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because of how certain things can be pricy (ex: the 18oz Ribeye was 84$ a peice with sides also being 10$ individually), however, the service is quick and the staff are very hospitable. The chef's favorite also spices things up and make the Fire Steakhouse unique.
I also wish that they'd bring back the Strawberry Sorbet with the champagne palate cleanser as i'm personally not into the watermelon and found that Strawberry sorbet and the champagne they used to serve as a free side, mixed better together and it's one of my favorite things about the restaraunt.
Their wines also taste great and make the fact that it's 10$ a cup irrelevant and worth the money.
