This was our 3rd time at the restaurant. The overall experience was great. The food was outstanding and the service was very good. I felt the price was a bit high, but then I thought with today's economy it was understandable. We celebrated our 54th anniversary, so we will be back. Thanks for an enjoyable evening.

This place has really good food and really good service. However, the chairs are very very uncomfortable. You would think for the price of the meal of the chairs would be a bit more comfortable.

Some of the food was amazing, but the cornbread and the desserts were not great. The brussel sprouts appetizer was AMAZING! The service, however, was superior. Super nice people in front of the house!

The food is great, hands down probably the best steak in the entire state of alabama. The shipwreck meal is amazing, you can cut the twin filets with a fork and it melts in your mouth
This restaurant is like finding a diamond in the desert. Stumbled upon it last year. I've dined all around the states and beyond and this was an unexpected find. Everything is A+! Atmosphere, service and amazing food. Totally worth the 45 minute drive from pensacola!

This is my second visit to this lovely restaurant, which is about a 2-hour drive (one way) from my home. It is worth the drive! Everything was wonderful except that the waiter kept getting nearly everything wrong. I ordered a salad with my meal, however, it did not come out before the meal. I think the waiter actually forgot to include the salad. There were only three people in our party. I asked for a medium rare burger. Instead, I received a medium burger. The owner/manager came to the table with a replacement burger. There were other incidents but all can be remedied with retraining and attentiveness of the employee. Would I recommend the Gather Restaurant? YES! Would I dine at Gather Restaurant again? Definitely!

We went with a large party, which can sometimes mean a longer wait or slow service, but this was not the case! Food was delivered timely and it was delicious!! My favorites were the local mushroom appetizer, the Brussels, steak fries, and the pork chop but the lamb was also tasty! We will definitely be back!
