Worst “food” ever. My wife’s burger was cold. Not even, luke warm. Cold. I got a “massive” Hot Ham and Cheese sandwich. The top bun must have gotten stuck in the toaster because it was very obviously burnt. The ham was cold. And it was regular sized at best. NO ONE wore gloves while preparing or serving. The restroom was disgusting. The staff acted as though we were a nuisance to them. I never want to make that mistake again. Avoid this place at all costs. I pray we don’t get sick.

Eat here!!! The burger and chicken sandwich were excellent. French fries hot and tasty. Good tunes coming over the speakers and clean restrooms. I can’t say enough good about the quality and the speed of the service. Great job ladies!

Multi-million dollar franchise, the franchisees must be pulling their hair out. The employees know the key to failing a franchise is to provide poor customer service. Pulled up to the carryout order Mic, was greeted with silence for more than 20 seconds. Yes, that's too long to wait, very sad.

Got a thick burger-if this is a thick burger I would hate to see a regular burger-it must be paper thin because this was a 1/4 in or less THICK. Was not very slightly warm if I crossed my eyes and pretended. Was the worst burger I have ever had. If I had not been hungry I would have thrown it away. No taste, was like cardboard. Will not be a repeat customer.
This is an absolute joke of a restaurant. I have no idea how they get away with refusing to show the lunch menu until noon while they close the doors at 1pm. It's like they only care about serving the breakfast rush and then staff the rudest most lazy entitled staff during the barely 2 hours they sit at thr booths on their phones waiting to get off. Half the time they insist they have to wait for system to reboot which takes 20 minutes last time I went. Absolutely the rudest employees I've ever had the displeasure to try to get lunch from at 11:45. Who only shows a breakfast menu after 11?! How had corporate not gotten involved?

I am in this area quite often. Parking lot always empty. Thought it was because they were not open. Finally saw cars today. ATTEMPTED to order. “No longer serving breakfast. The lady that cooks breakfast had to leave”. Ok. Your menu is still breakfast menu. “Will come change the menu”. Never showed up. Suppose this explains why no cars. No cooks and no menu with available options.

Worst hardies ever! Walk in and get told instantly that we can't eat in until further notice. Drink machines have a out of order sign on them. Then when someone finally decided to come take our order we were told that they are out of almost everything. So we order what we could cause we were traveling. While we're waiting for our food we hear employees hollering about the line of cars outside and the amount of people coming in to order and they're shutting everything down early so they can get off. time on the door says they close at 2pm. This was at 130pm. We were the last customers they served at 130pm. They turned everyone else away. O, and let's not forget they were cooking chicken for themselves and putting it in white Styrofoam boxes cause one chick was telling the other girl to make sure she puts enough sauce in the box. What food we did get was horrible. Should've went to McDonald's across the street like everyone else.

Usually enjoy my visits here, but this morning that was not the case. Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Received order in drive thru and was on my way. Pulled a biscuit that the paper looked like it had been open two or three times and no bacon. Just egg and cheese. Had too long of trip to turn around and take it back. Will try this restaurant on another day
