I was never asked to round up for donation, automatically put on the bill and then they don't hand you a receipt so you can't see they're robbing every person in there. Trash restaurant, trash employees. Then have the audacity to tell me a damn dipping sauce is extra like you didn't just steal that from me.

Jack’s is delicious. This is one of their better locations, the people leaving negative reviews sound like they’re “high maintenance”.
There was not a clean table in the restaurant. My husband had to wipe down a table so we would have a place to sit. There was trash on the counter ( empty gummy bear package). They were out of bbq sauce. Food was good.
Waited a long time for service but they were swamped with a long line of drive-thru orders and customers waiting at the counter, but when I finally did order, it didn't take long for me to get my food, and when I got it, it was fantastic!!
