They were out of almost everything, tea,napkins,bathroom paper towels,no lemonade, only 3 dipping sauces,plus it took almost 20 minutes to get our order- had to go up and ask for it! Probably won't go back.

Was very sick. I haven’t been able to eat since last Saturday. Thought a chicken Pot Pie would make me feel a little better. There was so many bones and Cartilage in it I got even more queasy. Thanks KFC! Disgusting!!
Staff was actively slandering me about having to remake an order, mocking my body and saying I ate the food. (They forgot my sandwich) I wouldn’t have been upset if I wasn’t standing in the lobby and could obviously hear them. It’s disappointing to see another great establishment run by degenerates.

My experience at this KFC was so horrible, I have to leave a review. Needles to say this restaurant deserves 0 stars. This place is disgusting and the workers are unprofessional. I still am baffled by how you can mess up a sandwich that literally has 3 ingredients. I went through the drive thru & placed my order that equaled about 30.21. I ordered a spicey chicken sandwich with no pickle.They told me to pull around and wait in the parking lot and they would bring my food out, 15 mins later I finally get my food & to my surprise pickles on my chicken sandwich. So I was just like welp and pulled to the window and kindly asked the worker if they could fix my sandwich, he snatched the sandwich and said okay pull to the parking lot I’ll bring it right out. Okay so 20 mins past so I give them the benefit of the doubt cause they had some other orders and I finally got irritated and went inside with my son. As soon as I walk in the drive thru worker looks at me and realizes that he forgot my order, didn’t apologize or nothing just gave me the bag and that’s it. So I check the sandwich again and they still messed up my dang sandwich. So now I am mad and go to the window bc I hate to be a b word, when I tell the worker he said “can’t u just take some sauce and go on about your day” I said no, can you please give me the right sandwich ( they gave me a reg chicken sandwich) so he snatches it again & when I tell you this sent me over the edge, he had the audacity to put the spicy sauce over the reg mayo like i wasn’t going to check, I lost my cool & finally told them just give me a refund. And so there the worker was bobbing his head back and forth talking under his breath bc he got the order wrong not once, or twice but three times… the absolute worst place in Atmore without a doubt. I called corporate and complained and apparently this ain’t the first time, this place needs to be permanently closed
