It's the worst McDonald's in my opinion. Fish sandwich looked like it was made in year 1967 cold and very distasteful. This place needs a new manager asap.

Just went to get some level of dinner ,and the counter person gave a medium coke when I ordered a large and didn't know how to give back the difference in cost or offer something of same value ,,but that just proves Don't Hire Teenagers to do a Real Adult JOB ...And that's why McDonald's has made alot of people Sick Sick,,,,what a disgrace... Never Again....

We drove up to the drive-thru and were asked to wait a moment that turned into lots of moments. Then cars proceeded to drive in front of us and go directly to the window while we still waited at the drive-thru speaker only to be told to continue hanging on because they were short-staffed. So we left and went to Arby's

I went through the drive thru ordered two breakfast items. Paid for my order, pulled to second window. 2 employees at the window never acknowledged me. I sat there waiting, the 2 employees appeared to be making themselves coffee . I could overhear one talking about not going to bed till 3 in the morning. I finally just left without my food. I can not stress enough how just about how bad most McDonalds are these days. I waited almost 20 minutes at the widow and never received any service or acknowledgment about my order.
They hardly ever have the frappé which is my favorite thing at mcdonald's!! The machine is always down for weeks at a time! if you go inside you may stand there 15 minutes or more without anyone even as much as saying hello or we'll be right with you or anything!! The drive thru personnel are usually kind and friendly, usually!
At 9pm on 2.22 i went to the drive up window, ordered 1/4 lbr fries and a plain double cheeseburger. Asked to wait which we did for 13min. The cheeseburger had catsup and mustard that had been wiped off the bun. So I went inside to get it replaced another couple was at the counter compling about their meal and it wasn't going well and the manager and 2 of the young women emplyees were getting nasty so I asked to just get my money back. The manager had gone to the back and there were alot of words being yelled by the other couple and staff. That couple left and then the manager started yelling and waving her hand around when I said they were not being professional and she told me to shut up or it would take even longer to get my refund of $3.00 and 30 min out of my night. I am 68 yo and have never been spoken to or treated with disrespect like I was Saturday night. We stop at this McD about once a week and will never b back. According to the mngr, they only had 4 working were out of food items and had been slammed.. Those r not issues that would warrant the verbal abuse and disrespect that was given to myself and the other couple. I would be happy to speak with the owner or general manger. But I will not speak to the mngr that was on duty. CINDY C

Walked in and 3 persons standing in the food dispensing area on their phone discussing lactation and not being pregnant. Waited patiently for 3-5 minutes. When the young lady took my order gave me warmed over fries, drink machine sodas had a funny taste and all she did was apologize, and when I got got to my car I had the wrong meal. I asked for a 2 Cheeseburger meal and what she obviously heard was a double cheeseburger meal. Terrible service and they had more than enough employees… Atmore, AL McDonalds… no
