I ordered 2 big breakfasts with an extra sausage, and 2 hotcakes and sausage. No extra sausage was in my plates that I ordered them on, and one of the hotcakes and sausage only had 2 pancakes instead of 3. They only gave me enough butter for 1 meal and enough syrup for 2. I had to ask for a drink tray for my 2 hot coffees and my 2 ojs. I would think common sense tells someone that's alot of drinks... The food was good, but I had things missing, and the service lacked common sense. The girl at the 1st window completely ignored me when I was sitting there bc I was a mobile order, but I really wanted a paper receipt.

Order the fish sandwich combo the fish sandwich was very cold I asked for it to be freshly made and I also had to take the fries back they was not even warm the whole meal was to go did not realize nothing was fresh until I pulled off and started driving you have to wonder what is happening to the McDonald's franchise.

If I could give less than 1 I would. I asked at the window for two ranches to be in the bag because I knew they would forget. I pull up into number 1 parking spot liked asked. The lady comes out looking like she was eating French fries. Then gives me my food. I asked for two ranches and she tells me to go inside and get it myself. Literally her words “come inside and get it yourself”. I need a response from management about how this will be handled and fixed for the future because this is not customer ok.

Food was terrible, service was slow. Originally got wrong order, then server proceeded to take my order out of another persons car and give it to me. Asked to pull around and park when going through the drive through so as to give the image that the drive through was empty.
3rd time and last time im coming here. Equipment constantly down, wait time is ridiculous. Last time I went through the drive through it took 20 then scratched my car bringing me food.

Horrible experience!!! The line could be wrapped around the building but it’s 7 employees standing outside talking and taking a smoke break, and then they ask you to pull to the side and they will bring your food out!!! The managers should manage professionally instead of trying to be employees friends.
