Stopped taking orders at 1030 when sign says close at 11 they would see me at the drive through window and stare and then walk out of sight i sat at window for over 20 minutes. Terrible service better come at 5 o clock and maybe they won't have stopped working already.

The only person I would give a ten,Is the girl that was cleaning up ,The girl with the girl with the headset on was awful, She was eating on the floor rubbing her hands threw her hair,And also texting on the phone,And then went to serve fries ?, She had a burgundy shirt with headset on,Went there to around 130pm on 02-09-2024 Never again.

I have lived in Atmore for over 10 years, and never at any point in that time frame has this ever been a decent establishment. The employees simply don't care, they have gotten my orders wrong 90% of the time. The only thing impressive about this store is the fact that it hasn't been shut down by the BBB. 0/10. Stay away at all cost.

These folks needs to shutdown, they make u pull up so looks like they're moving fast wait 15 mins to get wrong food, and no napkins reciepts nothing but wrong cold
Ice cream machine is always broken. Staff was very cold and didn't care. It took 20 minutes to get a small fries. I won't shop there anytime soon

This particular McDonald's was very dead. There was hardly anybody in there. There's not a lot of activity or excitement, like there used to be. Granted, I have not been in a McDonald's in maybe a decade. The furniture and decor was very bland and boring. I ordered a Big Mac meal, The bun on my hamburger with stale and broken off, when I received it. There's nothing exciting that differentiates McDonald's, from its competition in terms of ambience. Probably be another decade before I go back to a McDonald's.Also, there was trash on the tables, and they were not clean.

This restaurant says it closes at 11:00 I got there at 10:05 light on both the sign and drive thru sat for about 10 minutes no one ever answered I drove around all employees was sitting looking at me thru the window and never said anything and just laughed and wouldn't open the window to say anything this happened more than once don't waste your time stopping at this place customer service is awful.
