Went through the drive thru. Cashier's friendly. Ordered the No. 9, two cheese burger meal. The fries were hot! The cheese burgers were old and cold. The tea wasn't sweet. Not a good experience.

Workers sat on their phones and laughed and messed around while I was sitting for 20 minutes waiting for my food. My frozen coke was melted by the time I got it and it took atleast another 10 minutes to get just 2 sweet and sour sauces.

If I could give zero stars I would.Sat in drive-through for 20 minutes to receive cold, hard, tasteless food and they were out of straws for our drinks. Went inside to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper and the entire restaurant was very nasty. Trash everywhere! Employees were also using foul language toward one another.

Our order had 2 medium fries instead of large fries, my 10-piece McNuggets had only 9 in it, my frappuccino had a substantial portion missing, they were out of straws and boxes (If you manage to run out of 2 essential items like that, your management must be horrible), and the workers were rude and gave us dirty looks. The place was also insanely crowded, and in the 15-20 minutes it took to get our food, only 5 cars had moved up in line. I don’t even know how they can manage to mess up an order that badly.

Can you get worse than a normal McD's?? The said...hold my beer and showed us they were part of the worst of the worst. Double hamburgers were totally not eatable. We were on the interstate when we found out we had a bag of garbage we could not eat. Our loss, but X this one as a never visit again.
