Went through the drive thru. Cashier's friendly. Ordered the No. 9, two cheese burger meal. The fries were hot! The cheese burgers were old and cold. The tea wasn't sweet. Not a good experience.

While traveling, I used my birthday code at the drive thru and was told I could only get certain things... not what I ordered or wanted. When I pulled around, the check out lady sang me happy birthday and fixed it so I could have a free drink! Now that's good customer service, and I'll definitely go back to the McDonald's off I-85 in Salisbury, NC, when I'm in the area .

We got this food on the go after attending a funeral. I love McDonald's because the menus are about the same everywhere. The food was hot and tastey. It was easy to eat while driving.
