I was on my way to Georgia from Texas and stopped for the eve in Atmore. Searched the area for a bite to eat with my family and this was what looked to have the best ratings and boy was. Tne internet right!! Tne catfish was phenomenal, and the lima beans were spot on. I had a baked potato as well. Y'all, if you're in the area or passing through, this is the spot.

Was passing through,decided to try it out.Some of the best home-cooked food I've had in quite a while.The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitress was as sweet as the piece of cake I devoured.I will be back for more in the future.

Had lunch with husband while passing through town. I had one of the daily specials, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra - fresh, hot, just like your mama made it. Husband declared hamburger was great; he could tell the patty was made from fresh, not frozen meat and cooked and dressed just the way he likes it. Servers were busy but very attentive and helpful. Atmosphere is down home and you feel very comfortable. Will definitely be back.
