One of the wrost services employees don't listen to the customer

Terrible terrible service! Disgusting environment and bathrooms. 🤢 When the restaurant was brand new it had great owners and great service. Now it's disgusting. Alot of employees walking around doing nothing and eating customers food right in front of them 🤦‍♀️

The absolute worst hot wings I have ever tried to eat. The sauce dumped on the wings tasted like it had sand in it. The texture was awful. The fries were a greasy mess. Never again.

Loud customers annoyed us the entire time. Hearing cackling across the restaurant is not the way to enjoy a meal. Where is the sweet tea? I like sweet tea with my chicken

Please train the staff to get orders correctly. Manager was nice and corrected the issue.

Usually pretty good but they forgot my drink, a fork, a straw, and when I finally got into the mac and cheese I found a nasty hair half way through. Probably wont be back

Littered floor.. cold overstocked precooked chicken. Cold sides and my son and myself were vomiting sick the next morning.. they were kicking around trash as they worked... please head ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ over cooked pre cooked food.. TONS OF

Ordered the 8 piece tenders for $24 and they were like chicken skins...no meat...very bad...won't come back to Popeyes ever again. Come on, for $24 bucks, I want some chicken...not fried skin. Big disappointment!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line and when the car in front of us finally pulls up at 9:25 p.m. they say they are closed now. This location doesn't even close until 10 p.m. they simply didn't want to take anymore orders at that point but they definitely could have told us they didn't want to take anymore orders instead of having us wait for 20 minutes to place the order... Not pleased with the customer service by any means.
