Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My receipt was right, but I got 2 BBQ sauces instead of 1 BBQ SAUCE and POPEYES Signature sauce. When I went back in to exchange one the lady told me that the order showed 2 BBQs
Is that possible? I showed her my correct receipt.

Ordered online 30 minutes before I arrived. Got there and they had not even started on my order. There were 2 people up front behind the counter. They were running out of chicken, the, I assume, manager was walking around on his cell phone. Finally, a lady asked me if she could help me and I told her I had an online. When she asked the 1st guy, the one with playboy bunny boxers flagging 6 inches above his uniform pants, he told her that he hadn't been told about it. They finally printed my ticket and did my order. With this store being as busy as it is, especially on Sunday, they need to keep chicken cooking, not running out before they drop it.

Who ever cooks chicken at the Popeyes in atmore on highway 21 needs to be fired immediately I found hair all in the wings

My chicken is always good at this location, I stopped around lunch ...there was a lot of people in the back but chicken came out a little slow on this day... 🤷🏾 they have been faster...but back to my original point ..the chicken is always good

The entire staff tonight was amazing and welcoming. The food was fresh, everything was delicious. They were working together seamlessly and they made our visit one of the best we've ever had at Popeyes. I hope that they are recognized for their amazing service!

Popeyes yall need to have a talk with your manager I think her name is Ashley she was talking to them kids any kind of way an it's not right if I was them kids parents me an her would have a problem so please address this because she should not be talking to them babies like that an this is not the first time this has been an issue and also she is very rude when I ask for sauce she act like it's was a problem if she doesn't want her job or want to do her job she needs to stay home

2nd time here in 7 months, passing thru and was obligated to update my review from 5 stars down to 2 stars. The food was very good, hot and delicious. However, the place was completely out of control. While I was waiting in line there were 2 young men flirting and being rambunctious with the girls behind the counter. I didn't give it much attention until I got to the front of the line and realized they weren't in line or waiting on food. One of them goes behind the counter and pulls one of the girls out and the wrestles with her for a minute or two while I wait at the counter. After she's done playing she finally takes my order. When I go to pick up my order, one of the guys throws something at the girls, whatever it was bounced off my food tray and hit here. A few minutes later they were all by one of the guys car laughing and joking for at least 20minutes. Meanwhile every table was dirty and need to be wiped down. The manager stood by and watched all this happen and said and did nothing about it. Additionally, they are giving away food to their friends out the back door, check you cameras and verify for yourself. Date and time of visit 02/06/26 130pm-230pm

Stood at the register for 6 minutes, never got acknowledged because it appears the cashier and manager was outside while the cooks were in the kitchen working hard getting the food prepared. Even after seeing us walk out the door they still never acknowledged our presence by at least saying give up a moment we are running behind or just being honest that the cashier and the manager were outside talking to someone. Never even got a chance to eat.
