Brought me out cold food and when I said something the server took it back and brought me out more cold food and the place was empty.i eat sonic all the time and the one in atmore Al. Is the worst I've ever eaten at. Real let down does the sonic name bad. I guess I'll wait for the under new management sign to show up in the window before I come back here.

The slow service.they forgot about us after 2 reminder we finally got a sever in the car window and I asked for our and she came back and she said did pay for it and I yes we did don't you have the receipt she said yes. Does it say paid, yes it does I just have to ask. If you didn't pay I was going to ask you know pay again.

Someone forgot to tell the cook what a smash burger is. Also some one sent this out without even a thought that it doesn't look right. Also repeated I multiple times i wanted the drink size to be a route 44. They came out as regular ones. They just need to take a second to pay attention.
