Waited 30 minutes for an order that consisted of a shake and croissant bites with no updates given from staff.
Not many other vehicles on property, so I dont feel that it was busy enough for this to be a reasonable wait.

Ordered ahead for on the mobile app. Took 30 minutes to get our food after we arrived with no apology for the wait, just a sneer. Once we got home with our food we realized there was 2 items missing, and the food was cold, and the shakes were soup. We used to go fairly often, but no more.

Most frustrating sonic experience to date. Girl at the drive thru window needs an attitude adjustment. Somehow the single drink that was ordered came incorrect and tasted like it was made with hate

The one blonde girl was overly flirty with my man with my daughter in the car, other than that it was fairly decent food at a decent price.

Brought me out cold food and when I said something the server took it back and brought me out more cold food and the place was empty.i eat sonic all the time and the one in atmore Al. Is the worst I've ever eaten at. Real let down does the sonic name bad. I guess I'll wait for the under new management sign to show up in the window before I come back here.
