Avoid this place. I ordered a double chocolate chip Frap and it was called back correctly. They handed me a white cookie mocha and when I told them it was wrong they thought it was my error and began petty laughing after questioning my order. Avoid this place because apparently they think double chocolate means white mocha. July 13 11:47
The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks! Looked like a manager that took my order which was only a black ice tea but he had it to me at the register before I had the payment processed. Kudos to this guy! He deserves to be recognized, wish I would’ve got his name.7/6/2015 12ish
Overall great experience I have came multiple times but yet I seem to have the best experience whenever a young man barista is taking my order seems more smoother well heard and memorized, yet when someone else does it either needs to be repeated or my drink is made wrong.
The service was awful. Rude staff, drink was made incorrect and they decided to talk out loud about how I was rude for asking my drink to be remade. Will not return to this location whatsoever.
This particular store was not good.
Restrooms were disgusting. The facility was not clean and the items purchased were thrown away. YUCK
Nobody spoke to us when we came in. All of the employees seemed mad. Customer service is just absolutely not what it used to be unfortunately. There were items scattered all over the floor at the counter area. The whole place looked untidy and dirty.

Ordered something I saw yesterday on a post the server asked me three time for the recipe and then when I got to the window was rude

Rude employee, horrible customer service. Not only they screw up my order, employees did not bother to try to make it right. I ended up leaving with the wrong beverage and disappointed.

No cars in parking lot or in the drive thru. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and thought they were closed, so pulled around. Employees inside hanging out and chatting. Lady finally came to the window and said she saw me pull up on the camera but I pulled off just as she pushed the button to talk to me. Took my order at the window.

It's ok, I got the carmal ribbon crunch, and it was fine. For 6$, it's good, but not great enough to beat out the black and gold from Sophia's.

Starbucks drinks as always really good. However the service HORRIBLE. Ordered 3 drinks with 1 being modified due to allergy. After the order one service woman „threw“ us the drink and said YOUR DRINK. When I had all 3 drinks and asked which is which they couldn’t give me any information. It was very important due to allergy of my mother but nobody felt responsible for explaining the product they just made!
This is not service for the amount you pay and regardless the customer should be treated better.
Sorry Starbucks but you loose points more often…

We specifically got off the interstate to get coffee from SB. This place has a terrible set up, drive thru and dine in is just not great for the amount of people rolling through here. 3 coffees and 3 snacks. Nothing wild… took 45 minutes and they didn’t have order ahead available- so don’t go there. Staff were friendly and doing their best. It’s obvious they need more support and training to work in this faster paced store.
