The service was great, but I never think the drinks are hot enough. That's not just at this Starbucks. That is all of them.

It took 24 minutes to get 2 drinks . There were a total 8 employees and only 1 employee making drinks for both inside and drive thru. Just ridiculous. Terrible experience! 3 people could have been running this operation. Owner needs to train management because none going here. Watch employees throw a towel and hit one of the girls that was actually working , hit her right in the face with a dirty towel.

Ordered a pumpkin cream *chia* in the drive-thru, sat in line for about 20 minutes with only two cars ahead, and received a pumpkin cream *cold brew* instead, but didn’t realize until I had drove off.. I could’ve been willing to accept it since I like cold brew (and mistakes happen) but it tasted absolutely foul.. an unfortunate waste of time and money. Won’t be back.

The lady that made my drink did not listen to anything I put on my order all she did was made a hot peppermint milk drink no mocha at all and then when I asked for more mocha on the side to try and fix the drink so it's somewhat drinkable she gave me the smallest pumps of mocha possible . Them ladies are rude in there yall need to hire some new people that enjoy there job .

Avoid this place. I ordered a double chocolate chip Frap and it was called back correctly. They handed me a white cookie mocha and when I told them it was wrong they thought it was my error and began petty laughing after questioning my order. Avoid this place because apparently they think double chocolate means white mocha. July 13 11:47

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks! Looked like a manager that took my order which was only a black ice tea but he had it to me at the register before I had the payment processed. Kudos to this guy! He deserves to be recognized, wish I would’ve got his name.7/6/2015 12ish

Overall great experience I have came multiple times but yet I seem to have the best experience whenever a young man barista is taking my order seems more smoother well heard and memorized, yet when someone else does it either needs to be repeated or my drink is made wrong.
