Just had an online order. One sub. I had left a dollar tip on the bill. Which tipping on subs is a new thing Just like everything now. She didn’t have to talk to me. She didn’t have to go to my table. She didn’t have to refill my drinks nothing but I still gave a dollar tip. When I was getting the sub she yells at the other employee in a sarcastic voice “ y’all can split that DOLLAR tip!” In disgust. Well next time there won’t be a dollar and you probably won’t even be working there.

Had a simple order of 3 sandwiches & they messed up every single one by throwing whatever they wanted on our order. I, being severely allergic to tomatoes, couldn't even eat my food. They were not busy so they were not being rushed. They were just being careless. Definitely will NOT be spending my money there again.

Bread was still dough inside. Phone doesnt work. Needs a visit from the health department and some training for the employees so they can tell if bread is cooked.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 footlong subs. Got home which is 35 mins away and both of the subs were wrong. It could be that 2 employees were just standing around on their phones while 1 was making the subs its a shame. I did call up there and Was offered to have them remade but is not worth the hour and 10 min drive and to wait to have them remade.

This is one of the best Subways. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They’re not afraid to have a conversation with you And I’ve never had a bad attitude with from anyone. I never had an issue with my order being wrong and I never felt uncomfortable in this establishment. The management is great and so is the associates. One of my favorite subways and I’ve been to a lot of subways across this country. Southern hospitality at its best.

Good subs. They catered our meeting in Atmore. We had turkey, ham and roast beef 4" subs with chips & cookies.
Every time I try to use the advertised promo code, it says "this location is not participating in this deal". Well then, I won't participate in giving them my money! I don't know how they stay open.
We have been to this Subway several time recently. Every time (3-4x in last 2 months) we are greeted with very nice and polite employees. However; they never seem to have enough supplies to handle the menu that they advertise. Today was by far the worst. They seemed to be out of more options than they had there on hand. While our food (when we can get it) is very good and employees are always super nice and apologetic for inconvenience; I hope this finds the people needed in order to get this location what they need regularly!
