Went through the drive through and ordered 2 footlong subs. Got home which is 35 mins away and both of the subs were wrong. It could be that 2 employees were just standing around on their phones while 1 was making the subs its a shame. I did call up there and Was offered to have them remade but is not worth the hour and 10 min drive and to wait to have them remade.

This is one of the best Subways. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They’re not afraid to have a conversation with you And I’ve never had a bad attitude with from anyone. I never had an issue with my order being wrong and I never felt uncomfortable in this establishment. The management is great and so is the associates. One of my favorite subways and I’ve been to a lot of subways across this country. Southern hospitality at its best.

Every time I try to use the advertised promo code, it says "this location is not participating in this deal". Well then, I won't participate in giving them my money! I don't know how they stay open.

We have been to this Subway several time recently. Every time (3-4x in last 2 months) we are greeted with very nice and polite employees. However; they never seem to have enough supplies to handle the menu that they advertise. Today was by far the worst. They seemed to be out of more options than they had there on hand. While our food (when we can get it) is very good and employees are always super nice and apologetic for inconvenience; I hope this finds the people needed in order to get this location what they need regularly!

Sad, first of all they didn't have any wheat bread, all they had was regular white bread, and only had a footlong & six inch left, and some wraps, so I got there just in time, because they was about to run out of bread. Seen a couple of flies flying around. The most disappointing part was when I presented a subway coupon, and I was told that they don't accept coupons, and it has something to do with the owner. The food was ok, I had better at other subways.

This restaurant always goes above and beyond my expectations! They have a very friendly staff, with great customer service skills. The food is always Hot and Fresh.They always work quickly, to serve food fresh and in a very timely manner.When you enter this location, they treat you like family, and welcome you in every time.All around, great food, great customer service, and the timing to get your food is always on point!
They were out of bread. We had to get a wrap. They were out of one of the meats for the supreme meat. They were out of cookies. While we sat there eating we could hear other people ordering food and they were out of all sort of things. We normally go to Subway in Flomaton. It’s so much better than the Subway in Atmore. Atmore’s slogan is “Try Atmore first”. What a joke!!!! Don’t waste your time.
