Great customer service! They asked for clarifications on our online order before making it and also labeled the wrappers of our food so we could tell what had meat and what was vegetarian.

On this day December 19, 2025 at approximately 8:16pm I attempted to enter inside this location . The doors were locked When I went thru the drive door I was told there could be no more orders taken for 20 minutes. Your location needs better customer service and staffing. Please fix this situation

Someone needs to let the owner know. The people working in their hate their jobs. They're miserable and they take it out on the customer. I was there this past Sunday. The woman was not answering the to go speaker. Hoping I would go away. I drove up to the window. She said I have to go back thru the drive thru to take my order. When I got back to the window. After I paid. She hands me a bag with to carving boxes in the bag. Didn't even wrap the food correctly. Open it and it spilled in my lap. There was no greeting. No thank you.. someone needs let the owner know that if he's failing it's because of his employees

The food was hot and correct. That's where the compliments end. I had to take my son to use the toilet, and it was not sanitary. Urine on the seat and a puddle on the floor. There was a cleaning bottle hanging on the handicap rail (I assume so us customers could clean it ourselves. The only toilet tissue roll was in the puddle, and no paper towels. I told the workers, and heard one say she wasn't going to clean it. From what I saw no one went to clean it after that.

This location is awful!!! And the kiosk ordering system is ridiculous!! Stop being stingy and have one more working the register! There were people standing around EVERYWHERE waiting on their food. It took 25 minutes to get our order! Couldn't get our drink cups, because no one was there to give them to us. So we sat for 25 minutes thirst and hungry and ANGRY. DO BETTER TACO BELL!! And in the picture, u can see how the food came out🙄

Made an online order and it took like 45 minutes to be ready....apparently they had no meat and had to make an entire batch? Couldn't cancel the order, just had to wait for it....didnt seem like they cared or had any sense of urgency at all. They were also telling people that they couldn't take any orders just to get them to go away...and then talking about it loudly in front of everyone else like it was funny. It also took 20 minutes to talk to anyone because they were busy talking to each other and were more worried about their phones to take pictures than customers... Napkins and sauces empty, trash cans full, and they truly didn't give a single toot about it. At least the food tasted good once we finally got it... Do yourself a favor and SKIP this place if you're looking for fast food....

Friendliness is hit or miss, but the food is always good!
The service was very slow, waited 40 minutes on our order, finally left after the all black crew served several young black male that had just walked in. No one was standing at the counter or attempting to help us. The place was dirty and several people was still waiting when we left. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again.
The meat at Taco bell taste so cheap I don't know how they stay in business. This is not the employees fault. But the fryers being down is bad management

Absolutely horrible...Mexican pizza made with corn tortillas! Unacceptable! Tasted awful! Argued with the manager over the rude cashiers phone. Whoever runs this place should be fired

May Day. May Day. May Day. AVOID AT ALL COST. Good wasn’t cooked. Store was disgusting. No soap in bathroom, not even a soap dispenser in sight. Staff was rude. Parking lot full of garbage. Do yourself a favor and try to find some food in the woods or something.
