The girl who took our order wasn’t friendly at all. We were missing a fry, all three sandwiches were cold and poorly wrapped. It was our first visit back in a long time, I think it’s safe to say it will be our last.

I haven't eaten at Arby's in a while. It was good but the sandwich was dressed heavy in the middle and light around the edges, one side especially. It happened to be the part I ate last and it was just bread. The fries were great but the cup wasn't full.

My bun for my sandwich was soggy and mashed. It took over 15 minutes to get another sandwich. No customer's inside at all. Also, it was raining, and the floor was wet and slick. They didn't have any safety mats out.
Ordered 2 beef and cheddars sandwiches and they were cold and nasty and also the cheese sticks were just horrible. Spent $20 dollars for something that I nor my husband could eat. Terrible service.

I love Arby's. The only reason that I deducted one star is that on this particular occasion they were short handed, so it took a little longer to get my food than usual. I'm sure it was just a hiccup in a normally smooth running atmosphere.
