Ordered 2 beef and cheddars sandwiches and they were cold and nasty and also the cheese sticks were just horrible. Spent $20 dollars for something that I nor my husband could eat. Terrible service.

I love Arby's. The only reason that I deducted one star is that on this particular occasion they were short handed, so it took a little longer to get my food than usual. I'm sure it was just a hiccup in a normally smooth running atmosphere.

This was one of the best Arby's I've had the pleasure of eating at , the food was fresh and hot , the service was great and hospitable and the store and restrooms were so clean . The staff made us feel they were happy we came in.

The woman that waited on us was kind and helpful. Lots of problems. Store is nasty. Tables and floors left uncleaned from the previous night as they unlocked the doors for me and my son at opening. The ketchup dispenser had hair all over it. The sweet tea was just water and sugar. Food wasn't cooked didn't eat my 15$ combo.

Even though the roads were bad, and there was ice and snow everywhere they stayed open to serve customers. Every fastfood place near by closed, but not Arby's. They only had 3 ladies working and they absolutely were on their game. If not for them we would have had to eat snacks for the night. To the 3 ladies working thank you my family and I appreciate you very much.

Went to the Arby's in Attalla Al. Got 3 sliders that were cold. My fries I ordered (curly fries) were half reg fries half curly. The drink did NOT even have ice in it. Keep your crapy food cause I will NEVER be back

The young man that took my order was covering for someone that was out. He was from the east gadsden location. He was friendly, professional, helped the other crew members as a team. He was definitely showing team leadership. I wish to thank him.

Like how did this store just get remodeled and already ragged… nasty tables in dining room, feels like no air on , coke machine broke, can’t get ice, drinks taste flat . Can’t get any sauces without asking someone behind counter . Asked for sauce didn’t get with order . Come on…
We went to Arby’s at night and their night shift was so kind!! Which is usually not the case at fast food. We spoke to 2 separate employees and they were both so sweet and helpful, along with seeing actually everyone working, which again is not the case with a lot of fast food places.
