Food put into containers too hot and melted the styrofoam into the food. The owner needs to know about the lack of following SOPs at 6:30pm on Oct 5, 2025. Guthries franchise SOPs do not allow for food this hot to enter the to go containers. This location is not following their franchise agreements by not enforcing the SOPs. Workers on this shift were obviously not informed on how to handle hot food.

They have some interesting deals like kids eat free with purchase of a drink on Mondays, and a free tea with your order if you follow their page, but they did get my order wrong, their food is much more expensive than their competitor Zaxbys, the portions are smaller, and their French fries are very bad.

Sat at the window in the drive thru with no one behind me, just to get food that was over cooked.. Feed it to my dog and I dunno if he ate it... Wasted 25$ and 30 minutes of my life.. I see now why there's never anybody eating there... ohh yea, and they left 2 pieces of toast, that I had to turn around and get.. The tea was good 👍
Drove 40 minutes just to come eat here the service was amazing they brought out cups for our drink when they saw us sit outside to enjoy our dinner without us ever asking, best chicken I have ever eaten and I highly recommend everyone visit this location so excited for the next visit

The food was surprisingly tasty. Restored my faith in Guthries lol. The coleslaw was delicious and the chicken was moist and melt in your mouth. Really great experience and will be back
