This is really a lost art of fire grilling a burger. I don't know why we would choose MacDonald's over this. It taste better and is better for your heart. Give it a try if you haven't had it in a while, maybe you will go back to the way it should have been all along. Thanks Hardee's for turning my head in the right direction.

Ordered 2 lightly browned steak biscuits. What I received was lukewarm, extra brown, hard biscuits. The steak was also well done and dried out! Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back as I have to get to work! This is the 3rd time that I have received unacceptable food from this Hardee's! I would give no stars if possible!

First off, Richard was awesome. He was working the register and making food in the back. Problem was, we stood at the counter waiting to order for 8 minutes or more until Richard came out of the bathroom. We were the only customers in the building. The other 2 women proceeded to ignore us the entire time. Didn't even acknowledge we were there. Then our order was messed up and upon returning the items back to the counter, was met with a harsh attitude from the blonde girl that was working. After correcting the order, the 2 women behind the counter proceeded to voice their opinion on what had just happened. The blonde girl was even saying curse words loud enough for us to hear it out on the floor. Not very professional on their behalf.
