Just went to the Attalla KFC, spent 42.00 and had to wait 40 minutes for food!!!!! In the drive thru. She told me twice after I already paid that it only take 3 1/2 minutes to cook, and 40 minutes later she brought out half my order. If I hadn’t checked the bag two of my family wouldn’t have food! No offer of money back or even an extra biscuit! Terrible ! Won’t be back!!!

KFC Attalla gave me a watered down drink no ice. Evidently the drink had been sitting there and the ice melted probably from a previous drink order someone didn't want. Then I ask could I have a cup of ice they said we don't have no ice. I wrote this just to say they gave me a watered down soda with no ice and lied and said they had no ice . Pushed a old soda off on me . Awful service
