This place was amazing! The lady behind the counter was so helpful. I was ordering for 10 people. She showed me the best deals, helped me decide what to get, and was so patient. I'm not used to good service like that these days. Then a customer helped me carry everything to my car.! My family loves the food. GOOD JOB K. F.C.

Just went to the Attalla KFC, spent 42.00 and had to wait 40 minutes for food!!!!! In the drive thru. She told me twice after I already paid that it only take 3 1/2 minutes to cook, and 40 minutes later she brought out half my order. If I hadn’t checked the bag two of my family wouldn’t have food! No offer of money back or even an extra biscuit! Terrible ! Won’t be back!!!
