The food was acceptable but eating in the restaurant was not. The lobby include to small children playing loudly on devices. These children were children of employees working at the restaurant. Not many people were eating in the restaurant, but I can understand why. While I was eating several customers who had visited the drive thru came in because their orders were wrong or things were left off the order. At one point the employee in charge threatened to call the police because a customer was frustrated and just wanted some Mac and cheese. I didn't hear the whole conversation but it was very unprofessional. I don't believe the restaurant should be a place for children of employees to be left unattended while a parent works. I understand child care is expensive and it's hard to find employees that will work, but that was disturbing.

KFC Attalla gave me a watered down drink no ice. Evidently the drink had been sitting there and the ice melted probably from a previous drink order someone didn't want. Then I ask could I have a cup of ice they said we don't have no ice. I wrote this just to say they gave me a watered down soda with no ice and lied and said they had no ice . Pushed a old soda off on me . Awful service

Got a two meals 2/3 piece and mashed potatoes and gravy and drink $27.00+ fast food is getting Way Too expensive!!! And that's Everybody not just kfc!!!

Ordered breast and a wing ,waited 25 minutes got my order and it was a thigh 2 legs. Carried it back got my breast and wing but sorry we're out of biscuits.

Apathetic service, I keep trying KFCs across the US hoping for great fried chicken like I used to find. However, this last one in Attalla AL continues to disappoint. Chicken breasts with no crispiness left whatever (greasy mess), greasy fries, best item was mashed potatoes. I used to love KFC...

Give me the Mac and Cheese!!! Some places have dropped it off their menu but y'all still have it and it is as good as ever. Love the chicken fingers as well.
