LOVE this place! Grape ice cream is off the chain!I've always loved their fat cheeseburgers but now they've added fried onion straws and I can't write to try a cheeseburger with those on it.

Why at 1pm does it take 35 mins for 1 magic burger meal, kids meal and 3 shakes? RIDICULOUS! Would have been fine if we was warned ahead of time, but when you have an appt at 2pm thinking you would have enough time to grab a bite when now you don't! OH and edited to add....took 2 bites of burger and threw it away. It wasn't cook all the way and my stomach can not handle any red on meat.

Called about 20 times in the middle of the day & could never get anything other than "the person you called doesn't have a voice mailbox set up" so I guess they don't take calls for orders & I'm not ordering through Doordash & paying extra when I can pick it up myself.

call in order did not receive everything paid for and also when charged it isn't priced according to the menu and way overpriced...used to be a fan of magic burger but lately all I have seen is that they need money but are over charging I guess to get it ..I guess me and my family will no longer support

So far for me that was one of the best burgers I've had in a while...I appreciate that the meat patties weren't these little thin things and those onion rings...great I've never had a onion ring in my life not just come apart when eating...this one I gad onion for every bite. The fries eh their fries nothing spectacular. Those cheese sticks were awesome the Sprinkle of parmesan cheese made them lovely my 7 year old ate them all. I will be going back especially for the onion rings!!

This restaurant if I could give it 10 stars I would. My best friend has cancer and it's a chore to get her to eat I finally got her to tell me what she wanted and it was a Grape milkshake from Magic Burger. It was 10 minutes before they closed and I was on the other side of town. I jumped in the car and started speeding there as quickly as I could. Picked up the phone and called them and asked to please make a grape milkshake. I thought that I would be told that it was too late. Instead the girl on the other end was so kind. She told me to come on and she would make it for me. I got there and they had already had to close the register down. I didn't have enough cash. So Lindsey said she would take care of the rest. It was such a relief any kind gesture and a difficult time. God bless y'all.
Livid!! Do not go to Magic Burger in Attalla/. Ordered three cheese burgers with ketchup, mayo and cheese only and one with ketchup, mustard and grilled onions on the fourth burger. They did not tell me there was an extra charge for cheese. They said to give them 25 minutes- we gave them 30 minutes. And they were not ready for pick up and were not busy upon arrival. Opened our burgers and two of the burgers had lettuce, tomato and onion. I called them back to request a refund. I attempted to address - we do not have time to go back- when I reminded her what our order was and she said that was what I ordered. I said it was not- I asked why did I spend 10 minutes going over that we wanted ketchup, mayo and cheese only on three of the sandwich’s. She said she repeated the order to me. I raised my voice/ did not cuss and repeated we ordered it with ketchup, mayo and cheese only. At which she then said I do not tolerate people being rude to me, take it up with the owner. So I spent $53.00 on lunch today and this was my first time to go there. On top of everything else I tried to eat it but a dead bug fell out of it! I will not be back! Buyer beware spoke with the owner who stated he was going to refund the order. Poor customer service/ poor management. Do not go there!! Very incompetent to say the least.

Tried for first time yesterday, didn’t even realize it was right by my office.I got the double magic burger basket which comes with two onion rings and fries, topped it off with sweet tea and their famous and delicious grape ice cream.I definitely will be a regular customer! Didn’t take picture I was too hungry ?
