I don't usually wright bad reviews, I'm usually a very understanding person but however this doesn't even make sense to me. We got two egg cheese McGriddles one with sausage and the other with bacon and all we got was McGriddle bread with a piece of sausage in two tiny pieces of bacon no cheese or egg when we called they said it was our fault cuz we didn't double check with the people makeing our order that it was going to have cheese or egg and then our biscuit was hard as a brick and burned and our hash browns where cold and soggy. This is the dumbest thing I've heard

3 meals, nothing special.. got to the pick up window, girl was nodding off and out of it. The girl asked us 4 times what our order was and what was our drinks. Tried to hand us the wrong drinks 3 times. Girl at 1st window said, “ if we want a receipt, we would have to ask for it at the second window”.. we asked for a receipt an it was complete chaos. The girl came back to window 3 different times to tell us she would get the manager to talk to us. We didn’t ask to speak to a manager, we asked for a receipt. We finally got a receipt after 15 minutes of waiting. The girl at the window asked us for the receipt back so she could get our food. Proceeded to hand us the wrong food again a the wrong drinks. After a couple more minutes, a manager removed the girl from that position. We got our food, and left. As we pulled out the parking out, we checked our food and were missing a meal, had to go back, but this time we went inside. Manager got our meal replaced. Went back to the hotel, and the DQP with cheese had no meat and no cheese. Was just a bun with ketchup and pickle🙄 I took my loss and went elsewhere. I don’t recommend going here for dinner at all.

Whoever was taking orders in the drive through was not very pleasant. Not necessarily rude, but just truss that I don’t want to be here why are you bothering me kind of attitude. The gentleman handing out the food was great. Very friendly. Food was excellent. Hot and fresh.

Don't go to the one in attalla, al I found a piece of electrical tape that had been on someone's finger obviously in my coffee from this morning thanx alot, hopefully I dont get sick!!!
