Vanilla, sugar-free, iced coffee. Still not sure why there is no consistency from one store to another. This coffee was ok. It could use a richer coffee or less creamer to be better. At some stores I need to add espresso to taste the coffee... This one is mediocre.

Don’t. Don’t do it. Save yourself while you can. My QP was raw. Yes. Raw. His McRib was cold in the middle. They “forgot” the apple pies and then “didn’t have any pies,…..it’s going to take 12 minutes for apple pies”…… okay well our sandwiches are raw and cold so….🤷♀️ they remade our sandwiches (so we ate the fries first while they were at least hot) and then missed the cheese and tomato on my QP on the remake….19 minutes later we finally get our pies. The people are rude. They have ZERO customer service skills and cannot put together a sandwich following a chart but want $20 an hour?? Nope. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere until management gets this place under control. I lost an hour of time for something that should have taken 15 minutes. The whole crew was a sad excuse of a shift - no one cared about what they were doing and it was obvious.

Never gets orders right . Can catch them on a good day . But practically anyways wrong especially if you have any custom items . For example my wife explained the order 3 times and still somehow it came out wrong . I get it we're all human but it's ridiculous .

The girl who took our order at the drive thru had no idea what she was doing. She messed up our order so many times that we had to pull around to the window & explain what we were wanting. The food was freshly made tho, good & hot. The fries were real good
I just left this location. It’s Friday, August 23 at 9:15AM … my husband ordered me a bacon egg, and cheese bagel and it was drowned in mayonnaise, because we are traveling we didn’t turn around and go back… So just people beware that they put gross mayonnaise all over your breakfast Bagel !!! Just left this place about ten minutes ago his little black girl cashier with glasses didn’t catch her name but I paid her with a 50 dollar bill the bill was like 19.73 or something like that she gave me change back but no cash and tried to claim that I only gave her a twenty calling me a liar went to her manager saying apparently he gave me a 50 but I only seen a 20 the manager who was a little bit of an older lady she was very nice and she opened the register to low and below find the fifty that I gave her she was gonna steal my change I recommend not ever going here and if you do watch your money I would’ve loved for that girl to give me an apology for being so rude but no she only laughed about it with her other younger co worker I’ll never be back thank you to the manager lady she was very nice the little black girl need to lose her job for being a little thief and a rude little girl in general…

I have ordered door dash and every time I have ordered it's food missing are the drinks are missing are instead of diet get regular would be a good place but they can't get their door dash orders even right

Would literally give this place a zero. We sat in the drive thru waiting to order for over 10. Not one time were we acknowledged. We finally drove away after waiting for so long.
