This Hass to be the worst place to order food online or by phone the guy that talk to me was real nice Try to help me with my order they are special for $10 large three topping pizza online said it could not give it to me I could order online so he tried to give me a senior discount which I am a senior then this lady got on the phone and Bradley told me that I could not have a senior discount very rude this Pizza Hut sucks

They delivered the wrong pizza to me after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Then they wanted to argue that she cut it herself so she new it was the right pizza.I proceeded to explain that I ordered 1 large,1/2 meatlovers and 1/2 garden,extra cheese on all with stuffed crust.I received a regular crust meat and bell peppers on all of the pizza and no extra cheese.Finally she agreed to make another pizza which took an extra 40 minutes to make and deliver.Not happy with them at all.

I feel like this Pizza Hut is an experiment to see how poor service can possibly be and still make a profit. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited. It makes Little Ceaser’s look like a five star pizza joint.

Have yet to order pizza here and there not be something wrong with it or it be 45 minutes before my food is actually ready. Given it’s the only pizza place near us we usually put up with this but honestly it’s ridiculous.

Ordered twice while travelling through Gadsden staying at the Fairfield by Marriot and from the order taken to the delivery everything was perfect! A GREAT Thanks to Alicia who was extra thorough in making certain everything was done right and we even had plates, cups, and utensils. Very professional in comparison to other places that don't even deliver hot pizza the way you order it!

This has got to be one of the worst Pizza Huts left in existence. It always, I mean ALWAYS takes 45 minutes or longer to get a pizza made. Not including delivery. Your pizza will be cold, and probably incorrect. Do not come to this Pizza Hut if you do not anticipate on eating within a reasonable time. If you order online, add an additional half hour to your estimated time, you should have your pizza in the oven then.

Went in for the lunch buffet and there was no pizza on the bar. Only 5 other people there and had to wait over 20 minutes for pizza. The pasta was old and the sauce had hardened. Salad bar missing items. No discount offered to any guests who complained
This place is wildly understaffed. We ordered online and waited 30 min before we went to pick it up. And we waited 30+ min after they said it was ready. Service is doo doo

Ordered online and it’s stated 15 min carry out. Got there and it wasn’t ready said it would be another 15 minutes. So we left and came back well there was a car in front of us so we had to wait but should not have had to wait 20+ mins. I had to call and ask was it ready that we had been waiting in line forever! She said “let me see” and hung up. Pulled the car in front of us up and when I got to the window I ask how long it had been ready. She said “idk maybe 5 mins do you want it”? I said not if it’s cold. Grabbing the box it felt warm assuming the pizza was still warm. WRONG! Got home to pizza that you would’ve thought came from little caesars and cheese sticks with no cheese.
