I went today on my way to get my kiddos from school because I was told it was the best bbq in Gadsden… I don’t usually eat bbq but when I do I want the best so here I went! The PRICE was eye opening as I heard my total for a plate lol I thought it was a joke! Let’s just say I have four kids so I would order the rib tips and make the sides myself to save ! lol but I’m cheap like that! The ribs was smoked at a perfect combination where it took you on a day at the park or some summer event that you want the perfect BBQ!! Potatoe salad was perfect! Brand, ehhh I’m just that woman that loves veggies and means in my baked beans. All in all , I would definitely take myself on a date here again! lol it was truly the best bbq I’ve had in awhile!

We ordered a full rack, and it was love at first bite. The meat was perfectly smoked, seasoned to perfection, and slathered in a signature BBQ sauce that hits all the right notes—sweet, tangy, with just the right kick of heat. Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable.
The sides? Just as show-stopping. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich with that home-cooked soul, and the potatoes was warm, fluffy, and had just the right touch of love . Even the baked beans had a smoky depth that proved nothing on this menu is an afterthought.
The vibe inside Rack-Up-Ribs is just as comforting as the food. Friendly service, clean and cozy space, and a down-home feel that makes you want to stay a while. You’re not just eating—you’re experiencing true Southern comfort.
We’ll definitely be racking up more ribs soon. Highly recommend RACKUPRIBS to any BBQ lover or anyone who just wants to eat good.

Got minuscule anorexia wings labeled as “jumbo”that were overcooked and tasted like they were cooked right around the time they would spoil. Weren’t even edible. Same with the rib tips…..tasted like they weren’t fresh at all and overcooked. A couple of the tips were just bones. I’ve went to this place 3 or 4 times……wings were ok once….the half rack of ribs were ok but the potato salad is usually always good. However I’m not going to a bbq place merely for potato salad. In this economy of inflation and the continuous increase in the cost of living. I would absolutely not waste my time or money ever coming to rack it up again in life.
