Went from good bbq to worst bbq in the area. Rib Tips were hard & had a bad smell. May have been old food from a different day. I wouldn’t have even given it to a dog. That’s just how bad it was that day. I will never return again. I had eaten there several times before.

Stopped to grab lunch at Rack it Up today, when I saw the smokers cooking. I have not had bbq that good in a while. I ordered a loaded bbq baked potato and got my daughter 2 small bbq sandwiches. Driving home,I realized I forgot to ask for no pickles on my daughters sandwiches and after confirming they were on there, I went ahead and tried a bite, since that's a deal breaker with her. I ate both sandwiches before getting home, and when she didn't want the potato either (she's very picky), I ended up eating half of it, too! ( It was big!)I am wishing I had resisted the potato at least until supper, but it was worth it. I will definitely be going back! Prices were reasonable as well.

If I was able to give this place a black 0I will definitely do that. I receive spoiled lemonade with particles and pieces of hair in the cup. The ribs were not only physically burnt, but freezer burned and tasted as if they were sitting in a cabinet or a box while being cooked. This was the most awful experience of barbecue I've had since living in Gadsden. They should be ashamed of themselves, serving people food in that nature and I hope eventually they get shut down.

Thursday and Sunday are $5 days. Special menu items including pork baked potato, & pork bbq salad,pork nachos,and 2\$5 bbq sandwiches to name a few. Plus the owner is also the cook & runs the front counter so he gets to know his customer base which is a great quality in a business. I love this place & highly recommend it to all.
