Stopped to grab lunch at Rack it Up today, when I saw the smokers cooking. I have not had bbq that good in a while. I ordered a loaded bbq baked potato and got my daughter 2 small bbq sandwiches. Driving home,I realized I forgot to ask for no pickles on my daughters sandwiches and after confirming they were on there, I went ahead and tried a bite, since that's a deal breaker with her. I ate both sandwiches before getting home, and when she didn't want the potato either...
Thursday and Sunday are $5 days. Special menu items including pork baked potato, & pork bbq salad,pork nachos,and 2\$5 bbq sandwiches to name a few. Plus the owner is also the cook & runs the front counter so he gets to know his customer base which is a great quality in a business. I love this place & highly recommend it to all.
The Owner is always working & making sure that Rack it Up is serving up the best food for the best value around... Especially when you done on Thursday and Saturday for their $5 Specials. These include 2 for 5 BBQ sandwiches, pork nachos, pork salads, and my personal favorite the pork baked potatoes!
