It’s okay but the service is very very slow. One time I sat for over 15 minutes waiting on one soft drink. Ordering food takes longer than that. It doesn’t matter if I place an order in the app before I even leave my house or how simple the order is, whether it’s just a drink or two or a meal or two. It takes so long. I don’t order the frozen treats here because they are always melted by the time I get them. Some of the carhops are great.

Quick great employees. One of our drinks had a small crack in it and was leaking in the car. Came back and the worker immediately replaced the drink and gave a bunch of napkins and apologized. Great, quick, and reliable service. Will be back if im ever in the area again.

Was having a pretty complicated issue paying with gift cards on the app at Attalla Sonic and the manager tonight (I didn’t catch her name. 5/7) was super super helpful and found a solution for me!! Great customer service. Food was great as well. 💙😊

Ok ok i'm never big on fast food however my better younger half Huney loves some fast food so he checked out the new thing at the Sonic drive in earlier gave it a thumbs up 👍👍

We got a chocolate sunday, MnM blast an a Lg Dr Pepper...ot was $11 .....whats the heck...thats expensive!!!!
Since last year, twice and now this year. The taste of food at this location is not good like other locations. The amount they make or give of the food, is less under other. You ask why the taste is different and the amount given. This is a last resort place to eat if you're in this area. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the good attitudes. Let me say I've tried both lunch and dinner times. Others aren't saying because there's only a few places here to eat in the area. Thank you in advance for listening.
