Anne Maxwell at the drive-thru was the NASTIEST person to deal with. She had an attitude from the get go. When I arrived at the pickup window she handed me the wrong order, I told her I ordered a cold coffee instead of hot, she immediately rolled her eyes, got irritated that she had to fix my order and slammed the window in my face. Food was also cold.

This was my absolute worst experience with Starbucks ive ever had. Rude people working here, they told me that people normally dont come in and order. But their drive thru was slammed. Made me feel so uncomfortable and like I was bothering them! Will never go back here.

We love this Starbucks location! The drive thru is usually fast, the drinks are good, and the service is great, especially Jaken! We swing by a few times a week and have not been disappointed.
My wife and I drive to this location because we like it. We have had good service at this location. We can’t speak to any of the other complaints I have read. We enjoy sitting and chatting while we are there. The reason for the 4’s is that today we drove there and for the second time in a few weeks (at least that we know of) the inside was closed. This is for us a little frustrating in that it is several miles to this location. We did drive through and get an order and parked. While we did that we saw several people go to the door, read the sign, then leave without an order. I understand that it’s hard to find good help these days but you’re really missing some customers with this problem. As for us we will call before our next try to be sure the dining room is open. Anyone reading this might consider the same if wanting to sit inside.

SUMMER LEMONS
I order online every single time 15 minutes ahead and they always tell me to wait at the intercom to see if it’s ready. If you were making the orders in order you wouldn’t have to check if it was ready. Worker claimed they were understaffed and that I needed to wait at the intercom when asked but my drink was ready when I got to the window. Why am I waiting when my order is ready?

I don't ever leave reviews, but this Starbucks has become my favorite spot to study for my boards exam! The staff is so kind and considerate and they let me take up a table for huge parts of the day. I'm also not a coffee person, and they're always willing to help me find something I like! They for sure are worth my first ever Google review!

The employee are rude and disrespectful, took 20 mins to make a pike place, when asked to steam the cream they laughed and proceeded not to. There was also coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup.As if they do not clean it out. Will never be going back. The manager was a lady and she was very rude when I asked if she could steam the half and half as well
