This was by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The food quality was awful — the veggies looked old, the bread tasted stale, and the whole sandwich felt like it had been sitting out all day.
The customer service was even worse. The staff were unbelievably rude, acting like I was bothering them just by ordering. And the cashier? Didn’t say a single word. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. Just complete attitude and zero professionalism.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I’m definitely never coming back.

Most horrible subway I come here for the third day in a row at 8 am to buy something to eat, but the worker is very rude and lazy, as a result I can’t buy anything because there is nothing yet. You should fire this worker or close down.

The man working was rude. The food was terrible. Service was slow. The sub was almost flat. He didn’t put hardly anything on the sub. Every other subway I have gone to is much better. The restroom was so dirty we wouldn’t even use it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I've been coming to this restaurant since after they built n my neighborhood & never been turned down with a coupon, til today. So even though i could've paid full price I had a coupon, after 1 pm I tried to use my coupon & the attendant didn't even service me, telling me some bull crap only taking coupons on the weekends. His demeanor was very rude & unless that idiot is gone, im never setting foot n there again.

My wife was sexually harassed by your Indian worker 06/03/2025 at 12:40pm. He made sure to get her alone. asked if she had a husband and kept insisting that he could be her boyfriend. I will also be lodging a complaint with corporate, and if it continues, law enforcement.

They don’t let you use coupons and the service was not good at all.
I’m only giving this one star because there’s not an option to give zero stars. The server had no idea what was supposed to be on the specialty sandwiches. I had a very difficult time understanding the most basic explanations. It was 2 o’clock in the afternoon and the sweet tea was out and he told me they weren’t going make anymore for the rest of the day. What was there was old tasting and not very sweet. Both bathrooms were blocked off and when I inquired about it, he told me that the women’s bathroom was not functional. I told him I’d be happy to use the men’s bathroom and he told me they would be working by Sunday. This is not a subway I will be visiting.
The guy in charge tonight not just rushed my husband and myself through our order, he made us wait to even try to order. Lied when we asked what time the store closed, he told us it closed at eight with the open sign on and it’s posted on the hours placed at the door that it’s 9. Then he didn’t want to accept their own coupon for sandwiches that we have used there multiple times before. I will not step foot back in that store if he is there again. Flat out rude and unprofessional and a liar, especially for someone who says he owns the store.

The first order was online and was almost all bread and nothing in it. The gentleman was rude. So I tried in person and food taste sour almost. Waste of money I couldn't throw away

Has ownership changed recently? I've never had an issue until recently. I placed an order online and it was make completely wrong. Took it in to have it remade and in front of me were still making it wrong and I had to correct it again. Now this last order that was done in the store had old onions on it. They taste and smell so bad. The lettuce was brown. Will not be using this location again. Whatever changed, is definitely noticeable.

Placed an online order and wasn't told until arrival that they were out of a meat selection. Made a new meat selection and got 1 and a half sandwiches order made when told they were out of Lettuce. Said we would deal and use Lettuce from home. Get home with the food and find out 1 out of the 3 bacon sandwiches wasn't even cooked, just raw bacon. 2 out of 3 sandwiches were double meat and they had just as much bacon as the solo non double meat. The whole time the employee was making the sandwiches the MOD and another employee were in the back arguing. When the MOD, a white female stepped up front she exhaled and vape fumes came out of her mouth while being inside the store next to the open food table. The employee who was arguing with the MOD was talking about hours and throwing every other employee under the bus who wasn't there. Overall just a horrible experience. Will no longer use the app for this location, if using this location at all in the future.
