EVERYTIME, I place an online order my sub is always wrong!!! I work down the street from this particular subway, so I go there a lot! The workers are rude and one in particular always has an attitude. They try to save on food items and give you less veggies to make it stretch for them. When you order, an ALL-PRO sub do NOT expect to get your double cheese. Especially on an online order. I have given them plenty of chances to get my order correct and it never fails. Even to the point where I only asked for OIL and she proceeds to give me the oil and vinegar mixture. I am fed up with this subway!!!!!!!!!!!

I work fast food and I can tell when food is done or not I got the new Doritos thing and my steak was not done.The bathroom was gross. The drink machine was dirty.

Employees were having difficulty understanding orders language barrier of sorts. This made the order of 3 footlong subs not up to subway usual standard. This location on Gilbert Ferry Rd needs some improvement.

Foot long sub - 3 little slices of tomato, 4 olive slices, 4 cucumber slices, 4 pickles slices. This place is ridiculous. It’s really comical to watch them make a sandwich and skimp so much. I realize they all probably live in the back of the restaurant. I had a good laugh, ate a horrible sub, will NEVER RETURN. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.

I had a coupon to buy a foot long get a foot long for free with a purchase of a drink. Two of the employees there said their coupon machine isn't working, and if I want a deal I'll need to go online. If they don't honor coupons, what makes you think they'll accept a deal online? This place is very unwelcoming... BE SURE to check your recepits when purchasing two footlongs. $24 for two is ridiculous especially when they arent giving you enough for what your gonna pay for. Franchise owner is Sam Patel for anyone whose wondering. We will NOT be back at this location for a while.
