Employees were having difficulty understanding orders language barrier of sorts. This made the order of 3 footlong subs not up to subway usual standard. This location on Gilbert Ferry Rd needs some improvement.

I have ordered from this location only a handful of times but the service and food has always been so good I prefer using them even though I live in East Gadsden.However, on my last visit, I'm not quite sure what happened - I ordered using the subway app for a group of friends and 3 of the subs were perfect! The last sub did have it's contents in it though? Instead of putting my spinach and tomatoes onto the multigrain meatball marinara, they put the spinach and tomatoes...
