I spent almost $40 here just for them to treat me bad jip me three items off my order, they don’t even care to call message or do anything to get in touch with the customer to let them know that they are being charged for items that they will not receive. They are rude whenever you call and talk to them and try to explain things nicely. The female night manager Has an absolutely horrid attitude. She could care less about communication and honesty, she doesn’t take care of the guests. She hung up the phone mid conversation and refuses to rectify the situation. It’s sad how this location has gone down hill in the past decade. I wish the GM, Area Supervisor, or the franchise owners cared more.

The last few times I've come through here they haven't been putting the seasoning on the fries, and it turns out thats what makes them good at all. I don't know why they've stopped putting it on there but its stupid

Why am I asked to pull around and wait for a $20 mobile order? There were no other cars in the drive thru and you had visibility to the order before I arrived.

they do NOT care about special requests, ive ordered 6-7 times now for no lettuce and no tomatoes, open it up and what do i see, BOTH!!! do NOT go here go to the other one in town the employees care loads more never had a issue

I tried to go through the drive through and was asked to wait one second which is normal for fast food when their busy but their was NO ONE there and I continued to wait for 15 minutes while asking if I could order several times and saying hello and was ignored until I left and then saw employees in the window just standing there

The rude girl at the window ate my Cinnabon delights. unacceptable. she was so mean to me and it made me sad. she interrupted me when I talked, but other than that refused to speak to me. she said "I don't have time for this" when we came by around 10 pm and they're open until TWO AM. YOU SIGNED UP FOR THIS LIKE WHAT??

The workers honestly was terrible . The lady taking orders didn’t talk much and had horrible manners , very rude. Workers loudly laughed and gossiped in the back. The food was horribly prepared. I was given the wrong order and they were annoyed at my attempts to fix it. Terrible service . Definitely needs a change.
Would rate a zero if I could. Want to wait in line forever? Want them to mess up the order? Want to wait another 30 mins in line for them to correct it since dine in is always closed? This Taco Bell is then for you

I Was Craving The Bell So I waited til they opened at 10 before I went in but service was great food was delicious and atmosphere was good I enjoyed my food no rush and it was the best part of my day that day. I could order something as simple as water and they would somehow mess that up. You'll either get what you didn't order or completely miss large chunks of what you ordered.

I have been to this Taco bell multiple times and they have an extraordinary ability to mess up my order almost every time. Normally they leave out a part of the order, but sometimes they give you the wrong stuff too!
If you have any other choice go elsewhere, if not, check every single item before you leave even if the drive-thru is busy because you will regret it when you get home.
