Woman at the window was pleasant, however our order was completely incorrect. I called for 20 mins and was hung up on 3 times. Finally someone answers, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told they were busy and the manager couldn’t come to the phone to call in the morning or they could relay a message. I tried to speak and was hung up on AGAIN. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable. I just wanted my order remade because i received broken and soggy tacos, had maybe 3 pieces of shredded cheese per taco. If you like to have your order ruined and receive THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, go here! I will be calling again in the morning and will be speaking with corporate.

If more than two people are in line or in the drive-thru, don't go! Most unprofessional staff are unable to process orders. They seem like customers are burdens. They yell at each other and look like personal hygiene is a choice they defer. Tables are dirty, and some staff seem to be employed to play with their phones while customers are not being served.

I ordered nachos. The manager is the one that made them, and the amount of toppings was absolutely ridiculous. 50 chips, 8 chips worth of toppings.

I have been buying the sausage crunchwraps for years and I have never had lettuce in my crunchwrap. Have they always done this and is it specific locations? I mean that don't even sound right or appetizing
Don’t advertise breakfast if you’re not going to have it during the specified breakfast hours. Supposed to serve it until 11, according to Taco Bell’s website. I put my order in on the app at 9:45 and got there right at 10, to be told that they were out of breakfast. At 10am. An entire hour before the website says breakfast ends. Nobody wants regular Taco Bell at 10am.
Yikes, ladies were extremely rude for no reason. Never again 🫣

I’ve been through your drive thru twice in the last three weeks. Both times there was the same girl with dark hair and dark circles under her eyes. I’m guessing the dark circles are from her being such a dark and hateful person. Because for no reason at all, she has been the most unpleasant person. BOTH times. I’m not even from the area. Simply passing through. But I really feel so sorry for the other customers that would like to enjoy a quick meal from your location.
Being that you are located right off of the interstate, I’m sure business is decent. But I can guarantee, from an entrepreneurial standpoint point, if you got rid of that terrible employee, your business would do a hell or a lot better.

We went thru drive thru....I ordered our food...my husband ordered 2 taco supreme, I ordered a soft taco supreme an a bean burrito it was $17 dollars....won't be back there ...not sure what was $17 dollars worth... not sure why this says Attalla but it was in east gadsden in with kfc......
