I don't ever leave fast food reviews but I had to at least acknowledge one worker at the Taco Bell in Attalla. Dana! She is a caring, bubbly, friendly employee who can brighten any customer's day. I wish the world had more people like her!
The gentleman at the drive-through was extremely kind and so courteous definitely a lost art in today’s fast food service.We need more gentlemen like him!

Ordered on line and ordered the chicken quesadilla combo. Meat and cheese only on my soft taco and they put sour cream on it. My quesadilla had no sauce on it and I didn't get my side of Chipotle sauce that I was charged for. Very disappointed.

We love our Taco Bell . There's one employee who stands out from the rest named Mrs. Dana she is absolutely incredible with such a wonderful disposition. So kind and friendly to everyone she encounters .Vegetarian options: There's a vegan option and a few other items you can make pretty much anything a vegetarian option if that's what you want .
Lazy.. have been eating here for a while and it’s just gone down hill. Today they couldn’t grill burritos cause “the boss said so” idek??

We went through the drive-through with an online order. The person at the window, whose name escaped me ( I believe it was Jordan or Jacob. I asked and still forgot by the time I got home.), was fantastic. He was kind and polite and helped me work through some quick substitutions for items they were out of. He was a great guy, had great experience, and I had good food. I highly recommend it.
Bought some tacos here at the drive through while traveling through the area.

The food was terrible. My nacho bell grande has very little cheese on it. The meat in the taco was so greasy that the shell was falling apart. The lobby was a mess. I was the only customer in there so there was no reason for not cleaning the lobby. The napkin dispenser was empty the fountain drink area was a mess and there was very little sauces in the container
