Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

So the atmosphere of the restaurant was very clean with a suitable temperature for dining inside. The food is prepared accurately fresh. The front cash staff could be advised to be more attentive to incoming customers and focus on making sure that the ordering process is prioritized over fraternizing with fellow employees that are not on duty for that shift.
Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving in store. When I arrived my milkshakes were prepared, and the rest of my food took over 30 minutes. Slowest service I’ve ever seen from a “fast” food restaurant.

Update: Finally decided to give them another chance. Definitely shouldn't have. Sweet Tea is unsweet, burger cold and fries cold. An as always, overpriced.
Have tried them twice since they opened. The first time they were rude, took forever, and still couldn't get the order right. Gave them the bennifit of the doubt because I thought they just opened, so maybe they will get it together. Nope, rude, took almost 30 minutes in the drive through, food was cold, and of course, the order was completely screwed. Did I mention how unrealistically overpriced they are? Oh, and they also do not adhere to Whataburger specials when they run them. I highly recommend you do not waste your money or time here. You will be disappointed, guaranteed. Especially if you have ever eaten at a real Whataburger!!!
