Placed order to go and was issued a number. After waiting 18 minutes, a server brought food to yet another group who ordered after me. I asked him about my order. A lady came from the back and asked for my receipt. Another server brought my food after several more minutes. The food was warm and fresh, but by then I had been waiting for almost 25 minutes for a single burger to go. If I'd known it works l would take that long, I would have gone to another venue.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere are what you would expect from a Whataburger. I do think they were short staffed with only two people working so the food took a bit longer than usual, but I was in no hurry and it came out perfectly anyways.
