It had been a very long time since I've been in a Whataburger, I don't need to wait so long next time. The employees were very nice considering they were short staffed but still quite efficient. Had to wait a few minutes on our food but it was hot & fresh. The only thing wrong with the food was they forgot the bacon on my burger, no big issue it was still good. Thanks yall.

The fries were served lukewarm and the bacon burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I took one bite of the burger and a couple of fries before returning the whole order for a full refund. The lemonade tasted like it came from a package that was mixed with water and artificial sweetener. On top of that, I waited in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes before my order was delivered. They take your money first though to make sure you don’t drive off. I’m never going back to any location. The prices are too high for the product and service (or lack thereof). Fast food is a joke!
Stopped by this location while passing through the area, and received the nastiest looking sandwich I've ever gotten from any Whataburger location. Additionally, the chicken filet was so dry. How could someone look at that lettuce and think it was okay to serve it? I'm only giving 2 stars for the pleasant service delivered by the young lady at the drive through.

The CLEANIEST!! fastfood spot ive ever entered. Staff look very presentable. I met the store manager Ms. DANIELLE was amazing and had such great customer service. I think we may start to frequent here more then driving to the gadsden location.
