We went to visit the winery today and drove all the way from Decatur and arrived at 3:45 pm. The lady we encountered and did the wine tasting with was tall with long blonde hair she was kinda short, and a little rude. We came out to enjoy a little wine tasting and wanted to get a grazing board and enjoy the scenery but she basically rushed us out the door. I did go ahead and purchase a bottle of wine, 2 candles and 2 tshirts since we drove so far to get there. My father also purchased wine, candles and buffalo meat sticks. With all that being said it was a wasted trip we could have just visited a winery in Huntsville. It was there loss because I visited this place to spend money! Unfortunately I only spent 45.00 . I will never waste my time again to visit this place!!!
This winery is an absolute gem hidden in the Alabama mountains. Between the eagles, the lake and the vast fields of wildflowers, the ambience is unforgettable.
The wines are ALL delicious. Seriously, I had the intention of bringing one bottle home and ended up with four instead 🤣
This place is one of my favorite places I've ever experienced. 10/10 stars
Great brunch! Wonderful atmosphere!
The cutest little winery off the beaten path! Happened to have brunch today, so why not. The wine is delicious and you can’t beat the scenery. Highly recommend, if you find yourself in or near Attalla Alabama!
While driving through Alabama, we decided to check out Wills Creek Winery, and it was well worth the stop. Nestled in the picturesque countryside, this charming winery offers not only excellent wines but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while.
The tasting experience was a highlight, with a wide variety of wines to choose from. Their muscadine wines stood out, capturing the essence of Southern tradition. The owners were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home as they guided us through the options.
What made the visit truly special, though, was the connection we made with some of the locals. We struck up a conversation while enjoying the cozy tasting room, and by the end of our visit, we felt like we’d made new friends. The outdoor seating area also provided a perfect spot to unwind, surrounded by the natural beauty of the vineyard and rolling hills.
Wills Creek Winery isn’t just a stop for wine—it’s an experience that combines great flavors, genuine hospitality, and the joy of meeting new people. If you’re traveling through Alabama, this hidden gem is a must-visit!
We were driving by & decided to stop. The staff was really friendly & we did a taste test & bought some of their delicious wines. We will definitely return.
There is no wine list in their menu. I sent them a message asking if they have any dry wine 3 days ago. Never heard back from them.
Great venue, scenery was great and the wine was excellent!
Beautiful very and great wine! Will definitely come back!
Awesome place with a big selection
It was not my first visit. Was pleased with the wines that were sampled. Missed out on the strawberry wine, though. Sold out! From my first visit a few years ago, I recalled that this was a favorite. So my loss!!
Beautiful setting with wonderful staff! The owners treated us like visiting friends. The 6 wines suggested were delicious! Left with 3 bottles -would have been 5 but 2 of our favorites were in the process of being bottled. Worth the drive!
Wonderful place to stay. Great hosts. Great wine. Thanks
I’m drinking a blend of your muscadine and some Sicilian red.. loving it! Looking forward to returning soon!
Wonderful experience. Tina was great for novice wine drinkers. The wine is great and the view out back was too.
