This place was so good, it was for my son's birthday. The inside is decorated so lively and was really cool. All of our food was very good and cooked really well. Our server was very good and super nice. They sang to my son for his birthday and brought him out a super nice dessert. Looked like a sundae with churro chips on top. Would definitely recommend.

Agave Loco is a good go-to for lunch in Auburn. The food is consistently good, the service is reliable, and the prices are reasonable—especially for the lunch menu. It’s never been too busy when I’ve gone during the day, which makes it an easy and convenient option when you’re looking for something quick and satisfying.
The atmosphere is a little on the dark side inside, and while I haven’t tried their drinks, the food has always hit the mark. Nothing over-the-top, but definitely a solid choice when you're in the area.

Agave Loco has expanded their menu drastically over the years and the food is much better. The chips are often overcooked but the entrees are fantastic.
The staff aren’t necessarily great at seating arrangements, and may not make frequent trips to your table even during not busy hours, but the quality of food makes it worth another visit. Pricier than some of the alternatives in town but has an expansive menu.

Great Grub. Had the lunch special, Steak fajita quesadilla for 10 bucks. It did not disappoint. Very flavorful and tender. The chips and salsa were also excellent. 10/10 will go back!!

Ordered the fajita burrito steak and there was very little steak in my burrito. I was kind of disappointed
my husband ordered just a steak burrito and he had a ton of steak in his
so if you’re looking for the meat, just order the steak burrito because a fajita burrito has just a bunch of onions and a couple pieces of peppers in it and very little steak.
The chili relleno that my husband got was mush. It was not crispy, which is what we asked for
the chips were warm and good and we liked the red salsa. We also ordered the guacamole appetizer for four bucks and for the price It was good with those chunks of avocado and it was all right!
Visiting her on vacation! Wanted something different and we hit the jackpot for Mexican! Excellent food....good selection and unique dishes. Plus, margaritas are awesome! Very Very Happy for our first dinner in Auburn.

Dasher here - had to wait for over an hour on my doordash delivery while the ticket was already written. All they had to do was write down what was on the order and bring it back to the kitchen l, but it took 50 minutes to do so. After the ticket was brought back the food was made quickly, but the service was just not good up front at all

Honestly I only tried this place because someone recommended it to me due to the margaritas. My margarita was subparvthe dye used in the sugar for the rim of the margarita melted and stained my shoes, the birria we lack luster, and the waiter seemed overwhelmed and disregarded our table to the point that others came over to check if we're ok.. I personally will not return to this establishment.
