Good food. Unlike the main location, you stand in line and order at the counter and serve/refill your own drinks, so there is not a lot of service beyond ordering and cleanup. This is a good spot for a casual lunch.

Laid back great bar food you order at the counter, they gave us a buzzer but someone brought out meal to the table. The blackened mahi po boy way great. Nice size fish, grilled with blackened seasoning and still moist.

They also have a full bar, sports tvs and outdoor seating

The Amsterdam burger was a good burger, as was the Amsterdam salad. But I prefer the southwestern steak bowl. I tried both the BBQ and Lobster Eggrolls.
The BBQ eggroll is best split between more than one person, or becomes one note by the end. The sauce is a mustard base.
The Lobster Eggroll is a spicy citrus sauce, fruit preserve based. I ate it without loosing interest.

I don't understand how this place stays busy. Ive been here a few times and every time the food is just bland... especially for the money. Do the regular patrons lack taste buds because this place is -not- it.

Food quality is really terrible. My husband’s steak “bowl” was a tiny portion of gristly meat. My crab cake and avocado sandwich was burnt and with a small sliver of slimy avocado, complete with cold, stale fries. As someone who will eat just about anything, I’m throwing my plate in the trash. $15 for burnt and nasty. We won’t be returning.

This place is ridiculous. You pay 9 dollar for a 3 oz container of queso and stale chips. The Steak Fritas was so fatty, there was no meat, and it was chewy. This place has definitely went down hill fast since it opened. Do not wleat here is you want good food.

The food is always delicious. My personal favorites are the chicken alfredo, cobb salad, and chicken tenders. The prices are a bit up there on menu items that should be cheaper (e.g., the turkey wrap) but I just order what I feel is worth it.

This was a first time to try Amsterdams. When we arrived we had just missed the crowd thankfully! I order the steak sandwich with sweet potato chips. J ordered the nachos with guacamole and chicken.
The food was fair much like cafe would be. The service was fine and quiet atmosphere since we missed the rush.

Sunday brunch after being flattened like a pancake by SEC officiating crew last night.

I had the Southern Benedict (?). Biscuit, collards, hollandaise, with poached egg and pork belly.

We visited NOLA in June staying at Ashton’s bed and Breakfast. They served eggs Benedict varieties each morning but this dish today in Auburn was a substantial complement to the standard.

Great Club Sandwich. Outdoor patio was nice. Staff actually seemed liked they liked working there. I'll be back!

This location is a slightly scaled down version of Amsterdam closer to Auburn's campus. Orders are taken at the counter and your food is delivered to your table. The menu offers more casual fare such as appetizers, burgers and sandwiches, chicken, salads, but should accommodate everyone's taste. The pimento cheese appetizer is a favorite of ours. We have tried many menu selections and enjoyed them all. Most of the drinks (Coke, etc.) are self-service. We stop here frequently and have never been disappointed.
