Worst experience ever. This was one of my favorite places to eat until today. The pictures speak volumes. My shrimp and grits vs what’s on the site and that I’m accustom to receiving. I was told the manager would come to the table. She never came. Look at all that oil and brunt toast.

The manager “Rob” was amazing!!! He really displayed great professionalism and customer service! He remembered my name and that meant a lot to me. The bartenders (Payton and Marcy) are amazing, also,
Vegetarian options: More vegetarian meat choices will be great!!!

It's been a while since I've been to the Broken Egg and it did not disappoint! Great service, great food and great atmosphere. If you have not tried go for it. In my opinion everything is good!

First time I’ve been here where the service and food was lacking. Our waiter dropped our food off and didn’t see him again until we were almost finished with our food. We sat through our meal with out drinks as he never came back to refill them. When he did come back we asked for refills and he said ok and then went to wait on another table. By the time he came back we were done with our food. I told him the grits were not good as they tasted scorched and he just laughed and said, “ well, I don’t eat grits”. Like what does that have to do with anything. We spent over $40 on breakfast and sat there without drinks and part of my breakfast wasn’t edible. It is ridiculous to pay $4.19 for a Coke to begin with considering half the glass is ice. Probably won’t be back. I get better service at Waffle House.

Haley was our waitress. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time and effort to explain the Fall menu as well the drink menu. Thank you Haley for making my friend first time experience worth coming back for with a smile ?.
