Rolled in about 2:20 just for them to ring our order up for a brisket sandwich combo etc process it then proceeded to say they’re out of brisket smh what a waste of time that could’ve been solved at the order window not even a curtesy discount for the inconvenience so we decided just to leave .

This damn place is the slowest place in AUBURN!!!! too many times have I been here and had to sit in the drive through for more than 15 minutes just waiting and their line is EMPTY!!! This place is ridiculous.

To go order. No one in front of me and no custimers in the store. Waited for 17 minutes to get order. Worker was just plain unfriendly. Did mot say a word when handing me my order. This is the third time in 6 months at this location with similar experiences. Hands down the most poorly run fast food joint in Auburn. Will not try again.

We ordered curly fries and they did not have them so we ordered onion rings and they were cold. There were no clean tables so we cleaned our own table. Finally , we got turkey sandwiches and it was in a hamburger bun instead of wheat bread. The service was horrible. Is there manager working ? We won’t go back there anymore. They kept saying they were out of food.

Food average. Went through the drive through and the clown from the IT movie that was working the window has the personality of wallpaper. Don't drive away without asking for sauce or napkins because they wont be offered. Maybe he would be happier luring kids to the sewer instead of working at Arbys because he sure doesn't have customer service skills.

Service was extremely slow, even though there was no one in front of me. No one told me why it was taking so long or apologized. The one that took my order paid more attention to his texting than to the order. The car behind me was leaving out of frustration when I finally got my food. Unacceptable.

My husband and I stopped here in our way to Atlanta from the beach. We ordered a Reuben to split and fries. The fries were fine-they were fried while we were there. However, the Reuben was served cold. Every other Arby melts the cheese and toasts the bread. It was not good here. We had to remind them to cut it in two after ordering it that way.
