Sadly this location may be closed. Tried to go there twice in the last few months in both times they've been closed. This last time was Saturday at 6:00 in a very busy downtown area. The couple of times we have been there it was great. Sad to see it

Said they'd be open 1/1/24 and it's 1/7 , hour past open and door is locked. This is the 2nd bad experience at this place. This place is managed horribly. Hire more people, maybe pay better, etc etc. again this is the 2nd time we drive 45 minutes because it's the only one, just to get let down. So extremely tired of this location. Makes the company as a whole look bad.

This Auntie Annes is actually so good it’s unbelievable. Most times when I get an auntie Anne’s pretzel in Illinois it’s mediocre. Auntie Annes in Auburn Alabama does not disappoint. My pretzel was made fresh and was received cooked to perfection, with a perfect butter glaze and salted in the perfect amount. For your understanding about how good this pretzel really was I must tell you I have been rating everything I have eaten at Auburn has not come close to a 10, this is without a doubt in my mind not only a 10/10, but the best pretzel I have ever had in my entire life.

I'll been here plenty of times and never had to wait for more than 16mins... But yesterday, I had to get them to re-cook my mini pretzel dogs and I also ordered a pretzel dog and it was burned on the bottom side ?.

I've been here plenty of times and never had to wait for more than 16mins or even had a bad experience... But yesterday, I had to get them to re-cook my mini pretzel dogs and I didn't receive ALL 10... There were only 7 in the cup...And they are normally in a tall cup, but yesterday I received a short small cup. I also ordered a pretzel dog and it was burned on the bottom side ?.

Stopped by for lunch today and was quite pleasantly surprised. I had a smoothie and pretzel combo that included an original pretzel and a Mango-a-go-go smoothie. The pretzel was fresh, hot, and tasty and the smoothie was just the right mix of fruits. The staff greeted me as I entered and left and was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Highly recommended!

OMG - the Pretzels and the New Drinks are incredible! The Pretzels are so hot and fresh! I can't get enough of them! I can't get enough of the Regular Pretzels! I got a large order of them for me and my friends and all we could say is why didn't we get more?

This place is like the CFA of pretzel companies. Savannah/Savanna? has the best customer service attitude. Not only did she give me a handful of mustard, she offered me a bag for the mustard!! Thank you Aubs for pretzels.
