The chicken here is so good. The chicken itself is moist and juicy, the breading is crispy, and the sauce is delicious. My husband says, “They do not skimp on the sauce!” I lived in Korea for a few years and this is on par with the chicken I ate there. We WILL be coming back to try their other flavors! But the Secret Sauce Boneless is definitely worth repeating.

I tried the Honey Garlic chicken and it was so good! Super crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the sauce was the perfect mix of sweet and garlicky without being too heavy. Honestly, it’s some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. The staff was friendly and the food came out fresh and hot. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I went to BBQ Chicken for the first time, and luckily someone who spoke Korean took my order. Since my English isn’t very good, it was convenient to ask different questions. After ordering, I had to wait about 30 minutes, so it took a while and felt a bit boring, but now that I know, I’ll order ahead through the app next time. Anyway, I took the food to go and enjoyed it.

My friend and I ordered the Secret Sauce and Cheesling Chicken. While the food tasted fine at the time, we both developed acute symptoms of food poisoning the next morning — including multiple episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. This was the first and only meal we had that day, and we both experienced identical symptoms, strongly indicating the food as the cause.
I visited urgent care for treatment and submitted the doctor's note and receipt to your supervisor. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the issue or showing concern, I was met with denial and was even asked to share the medical costs — despite the clear connection between the meal and our illness.
This response is deeply disappointing. When two customers report the same symptoms after eating the same dish, the responsible and ethical action would be to investigate and take accountability, not deflect responsibility. As a paying customer, I expected better care and professionalism.
