I haven't had any problems with the food nor the staff..I Normally get my order to go and the young ladies at the front are very nice and friendly ..My food is always Delicious 😋

The steaks were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The pork chops were tender and great as well. The server was attentive and made our experience very enjoyable.

Overpriced steak.
The steak is burnt. Not Maillard reaction.
They use paper tablecloth.
Pretty and handsome servers but not professional at all.
Silverware with stain on it.

Took my daughter last night as I wanted her to experience it. As always steaks were great. Very upsetting that there was no bread or honey butter. Supposed to be part of meal but they ran out and nothing else offered The bread and delicious butter is part of the experience. Very upsetting. :-(

Ordered take out after viewing the menu (Auburn, Alabama) online. Order was ready when arrived, food was good, my fault, didn’t look at the receipt till I got home, but don’t rely on website menu prices. Two $25 steak plates and one $14 appetizer cost me $80

I headed over to Big Mike’s Steakhouse last night for my birthday dinner. Ordered a coke with no ice. The server brought out the hottest, flattest, coke I’ve ever had. 😂 We asked her did she pour it out of a 2 liter? She confirmed it did indeed come from a canned soda. Then my friend asked for a sprite. It was just as bad. We then asked for a strawberry lemonade. They bought out this flavored, colored water. 🤦🏾‍♀️ They “kinda” comped the drinks but the food wasn’t good either soooo.. maybe Big Mike was off last night and Lil Mike was working. Idk.. Just a heads up..

No wait for a table, great quality food, fast service, food served hot, a tad on the pricey side. Noise level in restaurant is quite loud. Not a fan of the brown paper table covering.

Kayley, one of the most amazing servers I ever encountered. She knowledgeable of the menu and the drink selection service with a smile all the time she is pleasant to be around does her job well it was awesome to meet her. Food was great!!! How much should we spend per person that’s like $50

Very expensive for the quality. Was not told about the up charge for sides. Two ordered Brussel sprouts as their side with a $5 up charge for BS. Not to mention the $50 ribeye was overcooked. Ordered med rare, it was med well. Family of 5, ordering two kids meals and spent $258 and 45$ tip. Would have been $247 with cash! $9 more to use a card. WAY OVER PRICED.

Went here with my girlfriend, she eats well done steaks, she thoroughly enjoyed her steak. I on the other hand, did not. I like medium to medium well steaks, it was cooked decently for an 18 ounce ribeye but the taste was very regular to me for the price of $44! I could get the outlaw at longhorns for around $12 less and have the same or better quality of steak around the same size. Our server was not that good either, he was very slow and seemed a bit bothered. The restaurant itself isn't a bad restaurant, I just didn't enjoy my visit at all.
