Rooster Cowboy

Definitely did not exceed or meet my expectations with the steak. The steak was more burned/ extra chard than actually expected grilled but seasoned was good , so the sides were mediocre. Staff was very thin but nice. I think we spent a little over $100. We definitely will not be going back but it was an experience that we wanted to try and we tried it. If you don't get there right when they open there will be a line. Not sure why but, different taste for different people

Their food is very good you have to wait in line for a little while they open at 4:00 in the afternoon so you have to wait when you get there cuz I don't think they take reservations but the food is very good it's expensive but their steaks are very good

I enjoy their ribeye and the hamburger steak. They struggle to get the temperatures right on the filets, so I stick to the other options, but they make it right when there is an issue. The service at the bar is friendly.
